hi Matt, yeah, that was my first time. It was really cool seeing you & all the miners I see on UA-cam, wish I could have talked to you, but I was overwhelmed by all the good miners there & very friendly. I had a great time & found a nice shady spot to work, but didn't get too much, but that was ok, I probably worked an area that was worked pretty good already, found bedrock, but needed more time to work. Need to be more mobile to work different areas. I did win a bag of pay dirt w/ 1 gm of gold. I need to start getting out more. I need to find someone to go out with, can't seem to find anyone. Trying to get my brother to go, maybe one day, I told him I can guarantee him gold if he comes with me. We are just so busy. Good luck over there in Oregon, take care, Serg
Right on Serg congrats on the 1g paydirt! Yup that river can be tricky sometimes, takes a few days to get on the gold. Hope you get the opportunity to prospect more often
Crazy how high the water was this year. That little creek is great to have in those times. We need to find more little creeks for the winter! Good job.
Dude. Good job. A great job would be classifying to 1/4 and keeping all the rocks out of your expensive mat as you lost a bit of gold. My option only. Much love bro
Thanks man! Only reason i use 1/2" and not 1/4" is one time i panned a crevice, and by sheer luck a 1g nugget barely made it through the 1/4"! So it's a bit of a trade off, but wont miss a nug. Might go back to 1/4" on certain creeks tho
Hi matt. The creek and the area looked almost like my home. Just that these don't develop into torrential torrents in the spring. hang in there mate ⚒👍🤠🇩🇪🤜🤛🇺🇸
Gold canyon a beast man! Atleast you have the creek that always produces color as a back up! I’m in the sac airport right now. Hurry up dude, see you later today 🇺🇸🇺🇸👊🏻
Nice👍. Did you camp there or stay at a motel? I have been looking for a place to camp where i can do some panning. I don't like campgrounds. I prefer to find my own little spot in the woods.
Hey Matt I’ve been watching your videos and like them, I enjoy getting out and finding a little color but I also make Crevice tools and was wondering if you would be interested in trying one out for free?

You should see that spot now, it looks like a war zone. Lots of mining going on. Great video. The second spot looks like Carberry Creek.

Lol just saw this! Yup that little creek is great, although I'm guessing it's got one more season before those guys mine it out!

Sometimes I camp, but I like a shower after a hard day minin! Usually rent a place the weekend
You know there is platinum ores in these mountains and streams. I'm from Coos Bay and I find it in the pan a lot.

Simply place a bucket over the gutter so that the sand can sink, while you can continue shoveling.
Time is money 😛
Buwn video

For sure that'd be awesome! Send me an email or hit me up on instagram or FB
I want to find some prospectors for my friend and I to join in on
Awesome! Depending where you live the best bet is join a prospectors club. The GPAA (gold prospectors association of america) is a good place to start
Nasty little yellow rock. Tricksy! False!
Hahahaha it was seeking it's master!
Dude you need a highbanker suction dredge 3”…..run 1000x more material…
Oh man i wish i had one! Oregon has some law against dredging I'm afraid
Your gold is fly poo.
We get what the gold golds put there
Great video a million thumbs up 👍👍👍👍
Thanks Randall! Much appreciated
