Thanks for your honest feedback. Unfortunately you're not the first to comment I'm sorry to say. It was one of my very early videos and I was still learning... I'd actually say I still am : ) Please feel free to view any of my more recent stuff and let me know if the audio range is more appropriate. To date I haven't had any adverse comments on newer levels.
Very nice. In the states, Schedule 40 can also be steel pipe. You're probably looking for high density polyethelene (HDPE) pipe -- probably sized PE80.
The clamp has a thin gap in it (watch again and you'll see after flattening the pipe, I reheated just a little, inserted a few strips of thin card, then flattened again). This gap is just right... it holds the feather without dropping it but once the adhesive grips it, it's easily pulled through. I hope this answers your question : )
+Benjamin Fisher Hi Benjamin, Because the arrow head probably wouldnt fit through the hole in the spindle section, though i suppose this could be modified with a little careful carpentry. Hope this helps.
Where is the sound on this video? I can't hear it on my HP laptop. Other youtube videos are 20dB louder so I can hear them.

Great video!! respect your credit to B..Bower, too. Haven't seen much from his channel recently, either.
It is absolutely brilliant. Making things simple is hard, and you did it :-)
Thanks for the vid, I will (try) to make this jig for sure.
That's very kind. Thanks : )
Your welcome :-)

Is it possible to make the hole bigger, because I might use plastic or metal for fletching
Yes, just adapt it for your needs : )
Really nice and fairly easy to make device. Think I'll give it a try. Thanks.
Thanks Glenn. I'm sure you'll find it easy and helpful : )

GREAT JOB !! can't wait to make this.. Question, how do you open/close the vain holder after the vain is glued to the shaft ??

How do you do offset on fletch? Ooops...found it on your website. Thankyou
Glad you found it Richard : )
Love it!
Agree. Nice video. No volume
really helpful, thanks
Many thanks : )
Do you sell these or the plans for them. I would like one that can accept 10” fletching for war arrows.
Sorry Joe, no plans and I don't sell them easy...
A little bit of work with a jigsaw on the top and this would double as an arrow straightness check
Love the suggestion. Love the "Holly" avatar even more 😁😁😁
Good job... Thank you...
Glad to help : )
I loved your design, but I did make some modifications to it that you might be interested in.....
Thomas Donald Hi Thomas. Thanks very much. I'd love to see your improvements...
Nice jig....but I don't have most of those tool in my garage. I think I stick with buying a $20 one on ebay rather than buying those tools.
Why couldn't u use broad heads?
