    Sir main reason is property bubble of 2012-3013 and eventual collapse later. Nearly out of 60% projects launched then haven't yet been completed due to collapse of all major builders active then like Amrapali, Unitech, Ansal, Raheja, Jaypee, Supertech etc etc. So in 10 years only 50% supply of ready to move in, this decade long delay is the main reason along with bavk to work for sudden increase.

    Luxury flats in Gurgaon are even more expensive than independent Houses in USA which justifies the migration of so much india diaspora to us Canada and eu

    Ncr me 10% increment nahi hota hai. Average 4-6% hi hota hai max

      Come to premium areas in Gurgaon it has already superseded those in Bangalore

      Both the markets have already reached their prime. But still Dwarka expressway should be better than Noida extn in long run

    Bro you are crying for rent in Delhi /ncr. Come to Pune and you will realise what's rent on value you receive and what is high... My neighbour in Delhi pays 14k for 3bhk 1400 sqft with two balconies in Delhi where I pay approx 17k for 450 sqr ft with 1 small balcony..
