Hello Nanelle hope you and the family are ok? Wanted to ask can working for another company more hours and not working for the main applicant affect ILR or changing COS in future will violating the terms affect me? Main applicant has no jobs
Nanelle you're simply the best, your information are so detailed. I'm a registered nurse same with my husband, we are planning to move to usa soon ,we are currently in the UK, but we are not qualified for ILR and we are not interested actually since we are moving to the US, is it advisable to buy a house in the UK without having ILR? And also i would like to ask that what part of the USA do you live, i would like to choose where you are because i know you can't get it wrong. Thank you.
Hi Nanelle thanks for this video,I wanted to find out if switching from a care worker to a nurse means those years spent as a care worker is wasted since you’ve changed to a different occupation code
Hello Sis, please what's the title of the video where you talked about how we can learn Soo many skills like photography, videography, video editing and so on. Looking forward to your response. Thank you for the good job you are doing.
Thank you for your videos ❤❤ If I decide to reduce my work hours under my current CoS, will my employer re-issue another CoS, or they would just adjust the current CoS and resend to me? Which means I will need to reapply for a new visa & BRP to reflect the new work hours?
Hello @Nanelle Griselda what do you mean by do not have another job out your main Job, does it mean don’t do 2 job or 2 different job, I don’t understand that
Hello Nanelle , i know this is not related , i got my visa vignette last 3 weeks but i havent gotten my decision letter and i don't know how i would get my BRP.
Good day Nannelle, please I need the link for the special group. In addition, am a care assistant. This is exactly my one year in the UK.I have a 5 years visa. Am presently not meeting up with the threshold hour because my employer has not gotten enough job. it's obvious that am not meeting up to qualify for ILR What can I do? someone advised that I get a new employer if possible 5 years and start afresh. Can I start afresh for 5 years making a total of 6 years before ILR application?
Hello Nanelle, please I want to ask a question. If I am a main applicant, from what I understand from your videos, I don’t need to write any English language test again since I wrote one before coming in on my health and care visa. However, my spouse(dependent) will need to write a SELT before she can apply for ILR. So can she write the exam anytime before applying for the ILR or it has to be within two years before applying for ILR
Hi Nanelle Congratulations on your ILR💃💃💃 I got my T2 on the 6th of December 2022, and in the mail I was sent, it expires 29th Oct 2027, according to my calculation, it’s not up to 5yrs. Please what do you think I should do? Or is this not an issue?
Truely speaking in uk its not fair because we pay taxes: national insurance: everything ontop of that they charged us exorbitant fees to get indefinite leave to remain. Its unfair::
Because a year has 52 weeks not 48 weeks. If you calculate 4 weeks for a month, you’ll arrive at 48weeks a year. So just find your income in a week and multiply by 52 weeks to get your annual income.
Nanelle congratulations once again. Please I want to ask if you are working as a healthcare assistant and you switch to a nurse does the counting still continues or you start all over. Thank you
Hello 👋 Nanelle, trust you and the family are doing well, please i need to ask a question,I have a friend who is already a nurse in Nigeria now she is in the UK how can she practice as a registered nurse, she just relocated on her own and she did not do IELTS exam in Nigeria.
She will need to still go through all the pathway as an internationally educated nurse regardless of whether or not she’s in the UK . This is because she did not train in the UK

It’s correct.
UK can’t make a mistake with that and if you calculate it, it’s 5 years.
@@IreneBeautyy thank you Ihuoma
I was so scared and confused because of the months and not the years

Hi Nanelle, thank you for the video. I noticed you multiplied your monthly income by 13 instead of 12. Please can you clarify, please
Yes I stated my company pays 13 times a year

Can you register as a bank staff with your trust/care home and agency without it affecting your ILR?

Yes.
She has to write the exams required to be a uk registered nurse for foreign nurses
