I had to comment because I’m one who has had irritation and hair bumps. I watched your first video last summer bought everything you mentioned and let me tell you I haven’t been experiencing any irritation or had any hair bumps or itching at all! Thank you for sharing, this was one thing my mom didn’t share with me. I will be switching to the Venus shaving gel you mentioned in this video. Follow exactly what she does it works great!!
@weekendnomad5038 right?!! Im 47 and no one taught me this bc the older women in my family, mom included, never shaved! Not even trim! I'm watching this bc I'm looking at my downstairs like ok this is bush is growing into a full on forest! 😂
I absolutely love Chloe's intimate shaving tips. She has been doing this routine for a few years, and I've learned so much from her in general. I've particularly learned so much about shaving from her. I feel like middle school health classes need to show this video. It's so very helpful.
A few pointers to those that’s on a budget because some of the things here are definitely out of my price range. 1. Venus 2-in-1 Cleanser and Shave Gel can be replaced with Gillette Satin Care Ultra Sensitive Shave Gel. 2. Tend Skin can be replaced with Witch Hazel. 3. For a moisturizer, I honestly recommend raw Shea Butter. It’s natural and it has rich nutrients. These are the things that work for me, please always do research on what you’re putting on your body. Everyone will enjoy different things. 💕
I use Tend Skin and when I run out of it, I just use rubbing alcohol since the top ingredient in Tend Skin is actually just isopropyl alcohol. Rubbing alcohol = isopropyl alcohol + purified water. I make sure to dilute the rubbing alcohol with even more water though.
Hey Chloe, I just wanted to drop a quick note to say that I really enjoy watching your videos. You have a great way of sharing your experiences with products without just ranting about them. I appreciate that you take into consideration the different types of skin on various parts of the body and how to best work with them. Keep up the fantastic work!

You made a perfect example for a momma talking to their teen when they want to start shaving!! I wish I had this talk at least and I'm truly thankful for this video but most of all Thankful for you Beautiful!! THANK YOU!
hi Chloé, i just wanted to say that your channel and your videos have helped me so much!! growing up my parents never took the time to teach me how to clean myself, they never bought me products to wash myself with and i had to use their body wash. my mom and dad have pin straight hair and i ended up having long, thick, 3a hair. i didn’t know how to take care of it at ALL! and my parents didn’t ever teach me how to even wash my hair so i was only shampooing and i didn’t even condition my hair. on top of that, my dad was poor so we didn’t have any money for hygiene. at his house all we had was this bottle of costco body wash and i would use it for my hair and body. one day when i was about 12, i came across some hygiene videos and that’s when i finally realized how to wash myself correctly, i also discovered your channel and now i’ve perfected my hygiene and i love to shower. one downside is that i have OCD which has caused me to obsess over my hygiene 😅 at one point i would use like 4 different body washes and i would scrub my body with exfoliating gloves like 3 times in the shower. but after a lot of therapy, hospitalizations and medication im now better than ever. i love showering every day and i love taking care of my skin. i’ve learned so much from your channel. im forever greatful for your advice and i just want you to know you’ve helped out so many young girls like me and please keep doing what your doing!! I’m so confident in my body now thanks to you. thank you Chloé!!!!!!
My daughters used to watch you when you were younger and they still do but now that you've grown into your own with this UA-cam channels Ave your videos I can also enjoy your tips. Great job crossing multiple generations ❤
Girl before I could even go BUY all the products you suggested, I _just_ exfoliated before shaving down there this morning, that's it, and _I can already feel the difference!!_ You're a lifesaver. Also, I'm 100% going to be teaching my future daughters this stuff. It is so embarrassing to just be trying to figure it out on my own, in my 20s, not knowing to do the most basic things. My daughters goin' to be PREPARED.

the 10 COMMANDMENTS for PREVENTING RAZOR BUMPS & INGROWN HAIRS 1. THOU SHALT NOT USE DIRTY BLADES! Avoid shaving with dull, over-used razor blades. And be sure to keep your slightly used tools as clean as possible. Scrub the cutting heads of your tools with soap, hot water, and rubbing alcohol to destroy bacteria. Pro Tip: even brand new blades still need to be cleaned. 2. HONOR THY DELICATE SKIN! Avoid too many blades! If you are prone to ingrown hairs then you don’t need 3 or more blades. More blades equal more passes causing the hair to fall beneath the skin and become ingrown. Plus, more blading the skin leads to micro cuts through which bacteria is more likely to enter and this leads to razor burn. 3. DO NOT TAKE PREP TIME IN VAIN! Wash or steam the skin for 2 to 3 minutes with warm water. Then apply the shaving cream leaving it on for at least 2 minutes to really soften the hair. 4. THOU SHALT NOT GO AGAINST THE GRAIN! Shaving against the grain (upwards) may get you a closer shave but doing so also increases ingrowns. Shave in the direction of hair growth…it’s usually downwards. Confirm this by doing a face/ body inspection to see which way your hair grows. 5. THOU SHALT NOT PRESS! Avoid pressing too hard on the skin with the blade. If you follow STEP #3, then a gliding, light touch is all you need. The hair stubble should literally fall away with little or no pressure from the blade. Pressing hard is the main cause of shaving irritation! Be gentle so as to prevent the hair from being cut so low that it falls beneath the top layer of skin. 6. THOU SHALT NOT PASS, PASS, PASS! Avoid too many quick passes with the blade. One pass per hairy area - going 1-2 inches downward at a time - will prevent ingrown hairs. Always shave like you might cause damage, not like you’re mowing the front lawn. 7. THOU SHALT NOT COMMIT OVER SHAVING! Avoid shaving too often. This rule is hard to follow, especially if you have to be beardless for your job…but if you are prone to ingrowns, try hair removal with electric clippers (the barber kind of clippers). The results are not super close but no one but you will know the difference. Provided your skin can handle these alternatives try waxing, depilatory, lasering or an epilator. 8. THOU SHALT NOT CLOG! Avoid using skin/pore clogging creams or lotions since they keep hairs from growing up. After a shave, keep your skin bare; let the tiny army breath, and allow those newly shaved, microscopic hairs to grow out just in time for the next shave. If your objective is smooth, bump-free skin following a shave or wax, then right after hair removal allow the skin to heal first. Promote healing by proper shaving techniques followed by 70% rubbing alcohol which kills any bacteria that may enter those micro cuts created from the shave and prevents the onset of razor burn. Sure your skin will be a little dry at first but this is a temporary tradeoff. Wait 2 hours then moisturize. 9. KEEP THY SMOOTH SKIN FREE! At least for the first day or two, try to avoid tight fitting clothing around the Adam’s apple (neck) and/or below the waistline region. Newly shaved hair follicles need room to grow up. 10. REMEMBER TO EXFOLIATE! Whether you shave, sugar, wax or epilate, not enough exfoliation to remove excess layers of skin can lead to ingrown hairs. There are two types: chemical exfoliation (AHA, BHAs) and physical exfoliation (beads, coffee scrubs, gloves, brushes). Physical exfoliators like the WIZKER brush have soft and firm bristles for the face, body, and sensitive skin. When you follow these 10 tips religiously, you’ll prevent razor bumps and ingrown hairs permanently!

i love this except id only recommend using antibiotic ointment like neosporin if you nick/cut yourself. antibiotic ointment is for preventing/treating infection in wounds and overuse can cause it to lose its effectiveness when you really need it. a good alternative for external irritation or razor burn (not cuts!) is hydrocortisone ointment :)
I love Chloe how detailed she is😅❤ I feel us viewers should send her some props that look like our parts so she won't have to draw on paper.😂 Feminine self care class with Chloé 😂❤❤ Love you Chloé keep keeping us woke on self care. 😘
This was very helpful for me especially with me wanting to try shaving for the first time. I’ve used nair or electric shavers my whole life because I was never taught in this much detail how to shave properly. So thank you very much.
This video, and update really is the goat. Even if u choose cheaper items but stuck with how u shave, the neosporin and vitamin E will finish it perfectly
That some moms don't tell their's daughters that important information I am very appreciate you ❤ Especially when you said that we are not barbie girls bc that some people think that we are naturally hairless

I doubted the Gillette pubic razor. Especially as a guy. But this is the best razor I’ve used on my boys in 15 years. Don’t know how it does it, but it do it. Amazed. Also using the Vit E / Neosporin mix now - thank you.
thank you so much for this, you have the sweetest soul and your aura is lovely. i've subscribed too. you explained everything with detail and normalised everything here and as a woman to a woman i felt very comfortable. i've learnt a lot about how to shave now and will definitely refer back to this video when following this routine up soon

Shaving is a tough one to crack. I always used an eletric machine. The kind that removes hair from the root. Very painfully. So, recently I went for laser. Best thing I ever did.
I don't shave alot so, my hair usually gets pretty long. So, I have a personal set on barber clippers that I use to trim it down first. However, I have issues with hair growth on the in-between parts where it's super thin and soft skin. I literally have to stretch & hold the inner lips which is a lil tricky bcuz it's slippery. Plus, I have an extra fold of skin on both sides. It's there that the hair grows. I use the Razor that u'r using in the video which works like a dream. Just most of the time, I soak for ten minutes in the hottest water I can stand. Then, lye down in the tub so that, I can spread my legs wide enough to get to those areas. I also, do the same for my hind area which, I use a separate Razor to keep from getting any type of infection, which I learned the hard way. Once I'm done with that, I get out and clean the tub. Then, get in the shower to cleanse my body and get it out of the way first. Then, I continue on with the shaving task. Which, like u said. MUST BE DONE VERY CAREFULLY. Any better suggestions from yourself or anyone in the comments, that can help me with the in-between part situation? Any advice wud be welcomed. However, if I don't have anything nice to say, just keep scrolling please. Bcuz i'm not a confrontational person. Thx
Have u tried the Venus Daily Soothing Serum that's part of that Razor and Shaving gel routine? It does burn a little like the Tend Skin & it runs roughly $15. So, the whole routine with the the Venus products will cost around $45 plus tax.
I love her 🤧✨my shaving routine is similar to this n it's definitely the best way to have a smooth 😽 also I moisturize with baby oil...idk if it's healthy since it has some fragrance in it but I've never had razor bumps or irritation n no hyperpigmentation too...thank God💮

I almost passed out at the behind pic 🤣🤣 I love how thorough this video is. I was about to get waxed bc I’m tired of shaving but I’m going to pick up these suggested items and try again. Excellent video 👏🏿
i am definitely going to get everything from this video because i trust Chloè completely, the detail is amazing
Mommas that demonstration took me all the way out 😂
i love this except id only recommend using antibiotic ointment like neosporin if you nick/cut yourself. antibiotic ointment is for preventing/treating infection in wounds and overuse can cause it to lose its effectiveness when you really need it. a good alternative for external irritation or razor burn (not cuts!) is hydrocortisone ointment :)
thank you!!
shes literally an angel
I love Chloe how detailed she is😅❤ I feel us viewers should send her some props that look like our parts so she won't have to draw on paper.😂 Feminine self care class with Chloé 😂❤❤ Love you Chloé keep keeping us woke on self care. 😘
GIRL.. you're a life saver!! Can't thank enough
Your makeup keeps getting better girl keep it up 💅💓
This was very helpful for me especially with me wanting to try shaving for the first time. I’ve used nair or electric shavers my whole life because I was never taught in this much detail how to shave properly. So thank you very much.
This video, and update really is the goat. Even if u choose cheaper items but stuck with how u shave, the neosporin and vitamin E will finish it perfectly
makeup slaying in this video 😩😩
That some moms don't tell their's daughters that important information
I am very appreciate you ❤
Especially when you said that we are not barbie girls bc that some people think that we are naturally hairless
i deal with a lot of problems down there, and i find it so embarrassing. this is exactly what i needed. i will be trying this as soon as i get some of the products home. thank you.
did it work for you?
I doubted the Gillette pubic razor. Especially as a guy. But this is the best razor I’ve used on my boys in 15 years. Don’t know how it does it, but it do it. Amazed.
Also using the Vit E / Neosporin mix now - thank you.
This worked well for me. Thanks for being so detailed. Your tips are fire. You look beautiful Chloe.
Thank you Chloe! That was such good information and I'm going to use it! xo
🗣️📣ROBYN, STOP SHAVING UP!! STOP. SHAVING. UPPP!!!!🗣️📣 🤭

How’s the hygiene tips been working for you ? Via your update?
thank you so much for this, you have the sweetest soul and your aura is lovely. i've subscribed too. you explained everything with detail and normalised everything here and as a woman to a woman i felt very comfortable. i've learnt a lot about how to shave now and will definitely refer back to this video when following this routine up soon
The drawing did it for me! Love your videos!
THIS is the Chloe we love!!!!!
Thanks Chloe. Much Needed Video. Appreciate you for always looking out for us. 💜🙏🏾💜
I love your hygiene vids, it definitely made my routine better 😊 I live in the UK so unfortunately some of these products aren’t available but I’ve substituted some items and the routine still works wonders 💕
Hey, I live in the UK too, and i can never find products that work. Do you mind sharing what products you use pls??
@@saraho.1656 sure, instead of tend solution I use 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with water in a empty cosmetic bottle and use that after shaving, to wash down there I use dove sensitive bar soap or femfresh 0%. If I have missed anything feel free to ask :)
Oh and I also use 100% coconut oil instead of vitamin e oil and the other product she uses.
@@Fatima-gp8op thank you sm!
Thank you so much. I live in the UK and I had no idea what to use as a substitute :)
watching this video on my tv, looking at her amazon page on my laptop!! gotta multitask when it comes to supporting chloe!!!
Great video as always! Just couldn't stop looking to her teeth! So white and pretty 🤩
Este video es una joya, como tecnica de depilacion laser es asombroso la enorme cantidad de personas que no saben como rasurarse. y no hablo solo de asdolescentes. Excelente video!
Shaving is a tough one to crack. I always used an eletric machine. The kind that removes hair from the root. Very painfully. So, recently I went for laser. Best thing I ever did.
Thank you been shaving all wrong!! I'm excited to see how your routine changes my life! 😅❤
EARLY BLESSED SQUAD ❤❤❤
First time here. This is a REALLY GOOD creator! No, I haven’t seen any other videos (yet) but I DO know talent. Well done 👍🏼 liked & subscribed. ❤
Your lashes look like the best, most expensive lash extensions a girl can buy. No joke, that is amazing
You posted this at the right time ❤❤thanks Chloe
Girl yes! My skin has been so irritated lately. Definitely going to try all of this
I love her 🤧✨my shaving routine is similar to this n it's definitely the best way to have a smooth 😽 also I moisturize with baby oil...idk if it's healthy since it has some fragrance in it but I've never had razor bumps or irritation n no hyperpigmentation too...thank God💮
