I watched one clip of that ridiculous hearing ..
although Johnny Depp was telling the truth he was dramatizing it, he threw in some acting skills .. SO OBVIOUS.. hey I’m the one who told u guys that it was time to do Kubala and her arms flapping.. did you catch her the other day she’s still doing it she has slowed down a little but she’s back to full blown flapping. I think she’s high

Amber Heard's Baseline is to lie. You guys all missed this.
      Lying is her modus operandi.
      Lying is her Baseline.
You can't interpret her body language without talking about how uncomfortable Amber is with the truth just in general.
A person who has spent every day of her life making things up as she goes along has a very different Baseline than the one you are working from.
We are watching a habitual pathological liar who believes she's always the smartest person in the room. She's a relentless liar. If Amber had that Liar Liar Curse from Jim Carey's movie, she'd melt like the Wicked Witch of the West.

    - Arguing with your spouse is not abuse
    - Pushing someone off of you while they are attacking you, isn’t abuse
    - Kicking cabinets and pouring yourself a “mega pint” of wine while your spouse illegally records you because you are having a bad day isn’t abuse
    - Nodding or sleeping on “your couch.. in your house..” is not abuse to anybody
    JD never touched this woman!

    • @kayreece96
      @kayreece96 2 роки тому

Calling her a wh*re cu*t fastass etc, acting out aggressively (yes even if that's destroying things in the house including slamming cabinets and her closet) scares people and makes them feel threatened even if you do not lay a hand on them, threatening to cut yourself in front of your partner that is begging you to not... those things are emotional and psychological abuse. Im only speaking on whats in evidence. Both of these people need severe help. To pretend that 1 is crazy and 1 is sane, the way the majority are acting, is ridiculous though.
Also we don't have surefire evidence of who initiated the first act of abuse. But if some man was acting that way towards you and calling you those names on the regular you'd probably eventually flip out on him in some way or another. The same goes for the other side of the coin. If she initiated and he refused to hit her but took it out in other ways because he couldn't contain what he was feeling either.
Just rational unbiased thinking up there. But something I'll leave my personal opinion on; when they first met she was new to Hollywood. He was seasoned and significantly older and was literally calling her "kid" acknowledging not only her young age but her status below him in the industry. To pursue her, buy her and friends and family gifts is grooming behavior. Not to mention they were both married and it has come out several times his issue of jealousy especially with her female partner and friends. If people want to actually think about what forms abuse comes in rather than JUST physical, then he initiated it first. Personal opinion.
Again I'm not looking at this in a biased way, just objectively. It probably sounds like I'm team amber or whatever due to me not calling her out as much in this but that's only because we all already know and no one is pretending she's a saint the way they are with him. I want to bring up what people aren't taking into consideration. These are 2 screwed up people that got into a relationship and then further brought the worst out in each other.

You can hear her saying, “ I was sleeping and I heard you walk in.. you were sweet this morning…” and JD replied, “ did anything happen to you this morning..?” And she replied no.. and he explained that had nothing to do with her.. while kicking the cabinet door he said “motherfucker” which we later found out it was about his business manager.. so yea! It’s not emotional abuse- if he got in there and started slamming things, angrily saying stuff to her then I would consider that abuse.. but on this case she came into the room, set up a camera and tried to make a situation about her.. he even left his “mega pint” on wine- he threw the phone in the garbage bin- he didn’t delete it and abuse her… so you are wrong!!!

I am a child abuse survivor, and my mother was a domestic violence victim. I also worked with domestic violence victims and mental health and addictions. And one of my job duties was advocating for domestic violence victims by accompanying them in court for their testimonies or I would speak on their behalf as a victim representative if they are unable to nor want to speak out in court. I also spearhead several domestic violence victim advocacy groups. And I can tell you from both my personal and professional experience and education and speaking for the many, many domestic violence victims I work with; there is 100% no doubt that Amber is absolutely not the victim here. It is Johnny who is the victim.
As for all of you on this panel, you need to educate yourself on a term called, "reactive abuse", which is why Johnny tried to restrain his wife when she was trying to harm him or why he says nasty things to her in RESPONSE to her verbal and physical attacks. Reactive abuse is not the same as being an abuser. In reactive abuse, the victim does not instigate the physical violence and physical aggression. They "react" to the abuser's physical attacks on them.

The recording of conversations trying to get evidence against him reminds me of Jodi Arias recording sexually explicit phone calls between her and Travis Alexander. Calls in which she clearly participated equally and showed zero hesitation or reservation about doing so. THEN tried to use those calls to claim abuse. It wouldn't surprise me in the least that she also was the instigator of those types of conversations simply so she'd have a weapon against him to use with his LDS friends. Yep, I agree and thinking the same thing. She lacks completely, empathy! Did she EVER ask if he was okay, or “I am so sorry!” For decapitating his finger!!
      Wicked and evil girl.
I am a survivor of severe domestic violence, my mom and an ex.
I can understand his reaction to the damage to his finger. I am a musician as well. It’s devastating to damage a hand when you use your hands to play your preferred instrument!
As a musician, playing ones instrument It’s deeply felt emotionally, because music is extremely personal in expression of ones soul. To lose a finger tip as a musician is likened to losing a foot to a runner, or losing your eyes as a painter! One loses the ability to express their emotions, creativity, or entertain others which is a joyful experience as well!
I would liken it to if Amber had deep lacerations all over her lovely little face.. her ability to hoodwink, manipulate or seduce others would be way less affective with her instrument of choice, taken away from her in an act of violence from someone who “supposedly LOVES YOU “?! It is DEVASTATING!
She is just downright LUCKY Johnny’s such a good guy and NEVER touched her in a violent act. The decapitation of his finger, if happened to AN ACTUAL ABUSER, would NO DOUBT set him off to beating the HELL out of Amber in actual reality!!! But Johnny just reacted to the absurdity of moment and extremely violent actions of Amber towards him. A lot of victims of abuse actually DO hurt themselves physically in an altercation. In self loathing and hatred for their situation of being hurt again and again by their domestic violent perpetrator! It is a mental state of absolute loathing of ones predicament of feeling trapped like an animal and your self worth crushed before one that you thought loved you.
It’s rejection of who you are in an outright act of violence to your physical person yes, but the perpetrator wants to destroy your soul as well.
It’s a despairing and desperate feeling of hopelessness and loss of being wanted or loved or cared for. The abuse is the complete opposite of being loved.
I just want to hug him and tell him it’s not ok what she did and he is very fortunate that she didn’t do him greater harm down the road.
She is “the monster” and when she speaks of “the monster” it is her referring to herself and reflecting it upon Johnny, extremely common action of a perpetrator, narcissist, SOCIOPATHS! Notice how she is trying to gaslight Johnny ALL THE TIME!
I doubt that Amber knows the first thing about Love or COMPASSION!

Victims of abuse will show some kind of shame when speaking about their abuse, even when they understand that it wasn’t their fault and they don’t have anything to be ashamed of. It gets easier to talk about with therapy and time, but it’s almost like emotionally stripping down naked because you’re exposing something so personal. Like I said, it gets easier over time, but there’s always a compulsion for shame that you make a conscious effort to fight through. To go along with the emotional nudity metaphor, Heard’s claims feel like emotional revenge porn.

It honestly astonishes me - a woman - that men aren't allowed to reasonably defend themselves from a physically violent woman without risking arrest. I consider bear-hugging someone who won't stop hitting or kicking you to be a completely reasonable defense. Then again, I will admit to being biased, as my husband's ex was abusive and even after stabbing him in the hand on two separate occasions, the police declared he must have done something to provoke her because he'd grabbed her wrist to stop her from stabbing him anywhere else. I just can't comprehend thinking that stopping an assault with reasonable force (we're not talking backhanding or choking her) = automatic physical abuse if it's a man who's stopping an assault against a female aggressor.

Exactly. Im sorry but i have no issue with him sitting her down and holding her there for a few seconds to tell her not to follow him so that he can pack and leave, all right after shes been slapping him across the face repeatedly. A man can only take so much abuse. She started by berating him in bed, (she'd often call him names and tell him how weak he was and that hes not a real man and that she hoped his son's step father was a real man so he could learn from him) and when Johnny ignored her yelling she got out of bed walked over to his side and started attacking him. He got out of bed and sat her down and told her not to follow him. And of course she did and hit him from behind. He turned around and she slapped him on the the face again. He asked if she felt better or if she needed another and she slapped him again. So at this point he grabbed her and pulled her to the bed and sat her down a 2nd time and told her to stay there and let him leave in peace. He was very believable with the entire story. Unlike Ambers atrocious performance. Also all the evidence and witness testimony points to Amber being an abuser and a all around horrible human being.

      Under Eye Filler Recovery Process
Immediately After: Swelling begins around the injection sites. The fillers are effective immediately, so it’s important to know you’ll swell before you can see the true look of the filler. You can easily go back to work, but you’ll need to avoid touching the area for six hours.
The 1st Day After: Significant swelling as expected. If you’re concerned about your appearance following the treatment, I’d suggest scheduling your treatment on a Friday so you’ll have the weekend to heal. With any injectable treatment, there’s a risk of bruising. I bruised a bit and was easily able to cover it with concealer.
1 Week After: 90% of swelling reduced, little bruising remained that was easy to cover with makeup.
2 Weeks After: All swelling and bruising gone. !

Ms Teard's not going to harm the advances made by women. She has raised the profile of the abuse of men. I've had male friends open up about being hit, punched by their ex wives. Dr Hughes was also describing Johnny. After all, it was Ms T who crapped in the marital bed/ Johnny's side, spat at him from three stories, threw three cans that we know of, two large glass bottles, not to mention calling him, fat, old, lacking style. She punched him in the face when she knows he's blind in one eye.
Johnny's the one who keeps walking away from a hostile situation. She would always stop him. She cleaned up after him. That is why he made several attempts to become sober. She deliberately crapped on the bed. These are what we know of. Insurers are not going to want her near a production. That's the bottom line.
I believe she researched Johnny when she learned about the audition. Of course she knew about Johnny's tattoo. It's part of Hollywood history.

Anyone who’s had a nervous breakdown or has self-harming tendencies knows that Johnny writing on the walls isn’t all that shocking of a behavior, especially when drunk. Sure to someone who’s never been that low or out of control, it’s shocking, but Johnny is a sensitive introverted artist type, with a history of abuse and self harm, he was just attacked by the woman he loved, and he definitely wasn’t in a normal or healthy headspace. I don’t think the writing on the wall is that embarrassing really, it’s just a sign of what he was pushed to.

I would never hurt anyone else Because all I wanted was to not feel that pain and oddly I could disassociate from the emotional by turning it into physical. Haven’t self harmed in a VERY long time! I am looking foward to y'all analyzing Her Day 1 testimony. I haven't watched Day 2 yet. I am a DV/SV Survivor with C-PTSD. Let me say, If I were having to give an account in Court of things that were done to me, 1st. I would look directly at my lawyer, not back and forth to try to engage the jury, especially where in my case, my abuser was straight in front of me. (And he is right infront of her) I would not take the slightest chance our eyes may meet. I would address my abuser to the court as Mr. (#), not by his first name. As one of the years I renewed my restraining order and he actually showed up. That's what I did. He on the other hand addressed me to the Court as Kat. He sniveled and fake cried with absolutely no tears. I spoke slow and evenly to get the poignant facts out. Absolutely NO memory that I even remembered was ok, I would not bring up or romanticize. Yes, he took me on trips, but the one dinner that maybe wasn't horrible is submerged under locking myself in the bathroom for hours for safety, remembering the violence. My delivery of my facts would be steady, not up and down like a roller coaster of smiles, laughs, embellishing, love of listening to myself talk as I saw yesterday. I would also get a lil heated as Johnny did when her male lawyer tried to minimize the worst injury he sustained at the hands of her. I'd be like "how dare you minimize my trauma and try to change the narrative!!!" Long story short, i am offended as if she is slapping every actual victm in the face by the utter lack of compassion she has towards us. Men and woman, by making up these wild stories. Bottom line, he had enough, as I had in my own situation and we left. That pissed her off and she decided to ruin his life. Ps.
