She's admitting she was abuser. "Johnny said he was warned about me and wished he never met me", "johnny told me that i wouldn't be able to control him anymore". Those were her examples of him "abusing" her, but in reality she's revealing she's the abuser bc jd said exactly what a victim would say

As someone who has PTSD, what I noticed most is Amber's lack of fear. On the stand there is a lack of the exhaustion, the cowering, the shaking, the need to protect oneself by almost trying to shrink due to being in front of the perpetrator, as well as having to talk about memories you don't want to remember. This is all missing here.

I agree 1000%. There’s a new movie on Netflix with Mila Kunis and the main character is living with ptsd from sexual assault. It was incredibly accurate. Sometimes it makes me feel better to realize I’m not the only one who lives with these annoying issues. Even with therapy emdr and tons of self work the effects still show up. Amber is polar opposite of all the issues. It’s very upsetting because people like her make true victims questioned

@@fredjohnson7588I tend to agree. I remember he said that his father would punch a wall, but never lay a hand on his mother. During heated arguments, yelling can occur and insults volleyed back and forth. I can’t begin to tell you how many times I’ve ended up in a screaming match with an intimate partner, but I would never call that abuse. I think that a lot of her stories include real moments in which she was the perpetrator, and she's flipped them to use them with herself as the victim. For example, that whole "Funny? You think it's funny? Funny?" thing after the Wino tattoo question is very much HER speech cadence, not his. So I'm pretty sure that there was an incident in which SHE said that and then SHE slapped HIM. Twice. Hard.

She’s confused why people and the jury do not believe her. Simple, because her every word of the abuse she claims to have been through is a complete and utter lie. She has this disgusting “woe me” attitude that is way too overboard. The fact that she does not have any remorse for hurting someone, and only thinks of herself…is just purely horrifying.

Hey Behavior Panel: My feeling from the very beginning is that this trial could have easily been a murder trial; she's a complete out-of-control abuser 101. Every single explanation she spews from her trap tells me the opposite of what was actually going on. The stairway incident could have easily been the "accidental" murder of Johnny while she feigned fear for her life as she claimed that "rumor" she heard about Kate Moss....furthering her claims of fear and a possible defense of pushing him down the stairs while "defending" her sister. I get goose bumps every time I think of her testimony and how this one situation could have gone south very quickly.

None of it can be misinterpreted or interpreted as a joke or "kidding". This person insults me, and every woman that has suffered domestic violence, with her lies. She has no shame at using others' real suffering to further her revenge on someone. So many different instances in her testimony (and other statements) that raise my hackles. She is seriously setting back the women's movement with her obvious lies. It sickens me.

    • @aliceiscalling

I suffered SA and DV, and a lot of this was really insulting. The guy almost snapped my neck, and it was an accident (he didn't realize tugging the blanket would rip my head back), but my reaction wasn't "oh, what a silly mistake". It was "You just almost killed me." I can't imagine making excuses when in a state of shock.
Not even to mention the bottle story. I had to leave the room when I heard that. Just, that's not how any of that works!
On the bright side, we can also view this as bringing male DV victims to light. They don't get a lot of support, at least where I'm from, and this has shown that they do exist. It also has made me feel seen, a woman who was SA'd by a woman for years. I didn't tell the police because I felt no one would believe that a woman was the abuser. Now it feels more accepted, after Amber was outed.

For Amber to insist that millions of people were too star struck or not quite intelligent enough to understand or grasp the truth was one of the most insulting & disingenuous things to come out of her mouth. She really wanted everyone to not believe what was heard with our own ears from her mouth on the audios & seen with our own eyes during the trial but instead believe her testimony. To do that you would have to completely dismiss all logic & common sense. You can not be punched in the face multiple times & show no sign of injury. You can not sustain a broken nose & cover it with makeup one day later, no swelling, bruising or discoloration whatsoever. These things are just not humanly possible.

Love that comment from Chase about Johnny Depp being so strong that after throwing Amber to the table, across the room, he flew there with her and landed on top of her🤣🤣 She actually said she can’t remember if she held on to him and that’s how he ended up on top of her. In which case she herself must be extremely strong 🤣🤣
Also, she says: “he said you can’t control me anymore”… why would he say such thing unless she’s been trying to control him before… That looks like something she didn’t plan to say.

Scott is on the money regarding her set in structure and her actual level of reading and comprehension. When she stated that she had "parrot floors" or something instead of parquet floors I was like oh my god she just read that somewhere and is reciting it now in her testimony, while having no clue about it. Pronouncing it wrong lol

she is out of her mind. She thinks she can tell Johnny he can't have his booze in his freezer???? And that she hadn't "yet" started telling Johnny what he can and can't have in his own house. and how bold she was once she started to treat him like a small child. She must think she is talking to a bunch of Mormons. Sorry Amber you are in Virginia, not Utah, and the adults on the jury will realize you are full of it, painting a fantasy picture of the poor school more who had never seen drugs or alcohol before....AMBR, you do coke, drink too much, sleaze around with the neighborhood, and abuse your husband.

Exactly if u are an abuser you will control your victim. If you are a victim you will be told what you can or cannot do
Simply put she was telling the man he cant put his own liquor in his own fridge. Whether he can take his own shoes off or not when he can go to bed or not. She said it, its it's its in the trial notes. So who is the abuser?? She is crazy.

Kinda fucked up that all Turd had to do was accuse Johnny for him to lose several lucrative roles, and then when actual evidence came out against Turd, she still kept her aquaman role, as shown in court the only reason she lost the role was because she sucked that hard at acting

ok, if anyone has ever watched Dexter, it's a movie about a serial killer whose father trained him in how to show emotion, facial expressions. This father recognized that his son was a psychopath. Amber reminds me of Dexter. She actually does not know how to feel anything real. She has to act out emotion, she has no real feeling to draw on.

She has no idea what PTSD is. My husband had brain cancer. Shot himself. My son hung himself after losing his fiance. The dreams I have, wake me up screaming. I doubt she even tried to use what I'm saying.

      it cost the marriage...
Losing my daughter is the worst thing ever, your heart never heals...but somehow i honour her by leading good life, so she would be proud of me....
Your poor hubby, he didnt want to suffer and lose his mind? Tragic yet understandable...
My daughters middle name was Roxanne....
      ive just clicked!...

I honestly imagined that scene in my head in two different ways when I heard it: she put her hands over his, squeezing them and trying to pry them off (I’ve unfortunately been there), or she misspoke about wriggling free of his grasp. Kind of like “I was stuck, but I loosened my grip”. Idk if it makes sense in writing so much, but who really cares? we already know she’s a liar to the nth degree.
(I don’t believe her testimony at all, mind you, I’m just trying to offer some thoughts.)

Yeah, when she says "I can't remember" and she seems distressed it's because she is struggling to imagine what it was like from the victims perspective at that point, because she hasn't been in that position herself, so she has no idea.

So he supposedly flings her across the room, lands on top of her and repeatedly beats her about the face, then they continue in a struggle, and then 'we have this conversation about drinking' .... she corrects it to 'argument' shortly after but... seriously? Her's is a chopped up, salad of a narrative - most of which is utterly incredible with a few tiny bits of what might actually have happened tossed in.
