She's admitting she was abuser. "Johnny said he was warned about me and wished he never met me", "johnny told me that i wouldn't be able to control him anymore". Those were her examples of him "abusing" her, but in reality she's revealing she's the abuser bc jd said exactly what a victim would say
Ya definitely not human. I just call it an "it" now. No human would lie under oath about being r'd by a broken bottle. It's such a vile nasty degenerate. It should be caged.
As someone who has PTSD, what I noticed most is Amber's lack of fear. On the stand there is a lack of the exhaustion, the cowering, the shaking, the need to protect oneself by almost trying to shrink due to being in front of the perpetrator, as well as having to talk about memories you don't want to remember. This is all missing here.
It really upsets me to watch her awful performance. If you have truly experienced a flashback you would never behave or tell the story like this. It turns my stomach.
I agree 1000%. There’s a new movie on Netflix with Mila Kunis and the main character is living with ptsd from sexual assault. It was incredibly accurate. Sometimes it makes me feel better to realize I’m not the only one who lives with these annoying issues. Even with therapy emdr and tons of self work the effects still show up. Amber is polar opposite of all the issues. It’s very upsetting because people like her make true victims questioned
Right?? Like I totally get why an abuse victim would be very angry at their abuser. But it’s just more than that, right? She just comes across as hateful and contemptuous. I’ve worked closely with women who’ve survived violence. And maybe everyone is different. But I’ve never seen anything like this.
@Jennifer Holder I've seen up close and personal abuse victims and I think johnny may of used horrible language in fights he may have yelled punched walls slammed doors but I don't believe he ever hit her
@@fredjohnson7588I tend to agree. I remember he said that his father would punch a wall, but never lay a hand on his mother. During heated arguments, yelling can occur and insults volleyed back and forth. I can’t begin to tell you how many times I’ve ended up in a screaming match with an intimate partner, but I would never call that abuse. Johnny has admitted to striking out against inanimate objects, that’s old news (a few hotel rooms have been victim to his wrath, lol). But the only person he ever abused was himself.
I can’t imagine how crazy, unreal, uncomfortable it has to be to sit there while someone is spewing terrible lies about you and not even be able to say “Amber you are a damn liar”.
This jury deserves a medal. Having to listen days long to these lies, this crazyiness, the bad acting, self-serving, Sitting in a million $ mansion.. A HORRIBLE existence, fine clothes A slap in the face for everyone.
Yes, the juror that spoke out after the trial said that she made them all feel very uncomfortable. Especially the strange deliberate, way she constantly looked directly at them through the whole trial was so awkward.
I feel sorry for the two alternate jurors that were told goodbye thank you for sticking it out with professionalism. Oh by the way don't watch TV or the internet, because you might be called back if someone gets sick. Wow what a sucker punch.
@@donnatarawneh2014 he said it was so hard, when she’s talking to them and they can’t talk to her. She is one of the most manipulative people I’ve seen.
Amber Heard is one of the best educational resource for detecting lies and explaining what our ancient brains are seeing that makes us so uncomfortable with folks like this. It’s important as it can help others defect danger more readily but also sad. Sad that the whole world is holding up a mirror to her and she still cannot see the truth. I sincerely hope she gets the help she needs. Truly.
That's a whole lotta insight and many thanks for sharing your thoughts i too hope that this becomes a case study for recovery programs to show ....although it's well known these types CAN NOT CHANGE AT ALLLLLLLLLLLLLL
@@tashastidwell6915 That’s a great idea actually! To use these clips to show folks what this looks like - may help them to begin to recognize it within themselves. I’ve seen comments from other borderlines who see through it. If I’m not mistaken one even said it’s accelerating her healing as she doesn’t want to be like this. I may have seen that one on Twitter. If someone sees themselves in this person and it shakes them up a bit, it’s good medicine.
@@tashastidwell6915 a very small percentage can actually change their behavior, with intense therapies but they have to recognize that their behavior is a problem in the first place….& if I were a betting woman, I’d bet the chances of AH realizing she’s the problem are nonexistent.
@@isitoveryet9525 BINGO...shes a narcissist and also borderline it appears /either way - in HER world - shes always victim/everyone else is to blame....
That’s exactly what narcissists do - they reverse roles and shifts blame. Everything she says Johnny did you can bet SHE did it! Johnny put up with a lot!
She apparently is the only person on the planet that doesn’t realize how transparent she really was on the stand. She was her own worst enemy. She sat there and told on herself without even realizing she was doing it. All of us, real victims of domestic violence could see right through her lies right out of the gate… very easily, but with that said, just about anybody could see through her lies she wasn’t making sense, and she was speaking like an abuser not like a victim would be speaking.
I think that a lot of her stories include real moments in which she was the perpetrator, and she's flipped them to use them with herself as the victim. For example, that whole "Funny? You think it's funny? Funny?" thing after the Wino tattoo question is very much HER speech cadence, not his. So I'm pretty sure that there was an incident in which SHE said that and then SHE slapped HIM. Twice. Hard.
Yes! Totally! I do actually believe he said "you wanna go little girl" bc it absolutely sounds like his vernacular. I'm betting he said it bc he sensed violence incoming and it's kind of his sort of "seriously though, this again" kind of dark humor.
My thoughts exactly. Her reflex is to flip the script and go for the throat. She's a predator. It's an adaptation for her lack of creativity. Imagine how dangerous she'd be if she were capable of an original thought? She needed a ghostwriter for the magazine article . Aside from her fairytale, nonsensical adolescent prose, she can barely express herself. Check out her handwriting. It should be included in the DSM-6.
You guys are okay. I'm a survivor of DV and I had the feeling deep down that this woman was acting. In fact, it was during the early part of Johnny's testimony that I could hear the despair and resignation in HIS voice. The worst part of what happened to me was when I was 19 to 20 years old. But once in my 30s and again in my 40s violence ensued (I worked at a large medical center) and I had to be found and talked out of my hiding places. As someone who's gone through this, Amber Heard does not speak for me.
She doesn’t speak for me either. And I went into this 100% neutral. I am a survivor of sexual abuse and later in my life physical abuse from a relationship that lasted way too long. She is easy to see through. She contradicts herself. The way she recalls events does not make sense to me as a survivor of abuse.
If she'd had just one legitimate photo of her injuries taken at a hospital or dr. office with a corroborating written report she'd have won her case hands down. But she didn't because it never happened.
I love it that every time I say to myself, "something isn't right here, I'm not sure what it is", you guys tell me exactly why it feels that way. And it makes sense! Thank you for sharing your superpowers with us. 💜
At one point in the interview, she says she had “Lawyers, teams of lawyers” review the Op Ed article before it was printed… Why would you do that if you didn’t have some idea or fear that it might lead to a lawsuit?
The disservice she has done to real victims of DV is so sad. I suffered extreme DV 30 years ago and can still remember the incidents in graphic detail. I know that I would NEVER chide or insult my abuser and when he was in certain moods I would tread very very carefully not to incite any anger. It was a nightmare I cannot forget.
The part where she fictionally holds the bottle and asks „ did you drink the whole thing“ and you explained why she made a mistake here and gave away that she really was holding the bottle was so interesting and totally convincing!
Her panic attacks are likely real. A narcissist will have a panic attack when they feel out of control and desperate to regain control. That’s why she can’t stand when Johnny leaves the room and locks her out - he might come to his senses if he’s alone too long - or if Johnny leaves the house and goes silent/no contact to let things cool down only ramps up a Narc with anxiety because they are out of control.
As many times as I’ve watched AH LIE, I STILL CANT WRAP MY HEAD AROUND WHAT SHE DID.. WHAT KIND OF EVIL DOES THIS??? Johnny DEPP gave her everything and she TRASHED HIM. A REAL WITCH.
Bottom line, this woman has no problem throwing punches on people in her life when she loses her temper, which is often. Her husband got the worst, but her former gf, her sister, her friend Rocky. They've all said she popped them in the face. And she seems to not think there's anything wrong with it cause she's a "115 lb woman". No Amber, you are a bully and an abuser. You're a bad person.
Sometimes it’s painfully obvious she’s a high school drop out trying to act like an educated person. Unfortunately for her she also dropped out of acting classes apparently.
When Amber says that he has a bottle in his hand, she says the words “did you drink all of THIS?” Instead of all of THAT. I believe this is the point that she actually had the bottle in her hand and she threw it at him.
The ONLY time she mentions feelings is when she said she was hurt by his words, that he wishes he's never met her, nobody likes her. This is not an abused woman, her disjointed recounting of the alleged events make no sense. She never speaks of being afraid, rather embarrassed and humiliated. She is clearly the aggressor, the abuser.
The one thing I take away from this story in Australia is he never came after her. She said he spent the night getting high and drunk after the fight. In other fights, he's not chasing her into rooms so why did she have to barricade them? She always accused him of being the one running away or not trying to engage in fighting. She can't even remember her other stories to make any other story believable. SMH
For an actress, their face is their livelihood. Most people, especially in the entertainment industry, would go immediately to a hospital if they even thought their nose might be broken! But about this testimony, I'm glad the guys pointed out the shift in tenses, something felt off but I didn't get it till they pointed it out. Love these guys!
It's also impossible that all her expensive cosmetic dentisty never got damaged during these violent beatings she claims to have been the victim of. All her visible front teeth have been veneered, and those veneers would not have survived the sort of violence she alleged happened to her.
"I didn't know what to do..." The real victims of DV know what they need to do - they'd do anything to deescalate the situation and try to flee from the abuser. Speaking from personal experience.
JD s second hand embarrassment must be through the roof..hes probably horrified omg, he being one of the best actors having to listen to this nonsense he was probably cringing as we all were..
As someone whose experienced DV, I really appreciate your honest views. I hated picking up on something not being right with her testimony & if you questioned it people freak out (saw a lot of ppl project. Bc it happened to them so she couldn’t be lying) But it’s so nice to see exactly why I was thinking what I was. It seemed to me she was reading off a law and order svu script and didn’t realize that it didn’t sound right or real. When I was being choked out I definitely wasn’t thinking “this carpet is so dirty, how did it get so dirty” , like what? What she tried to pull is so messed up and it needed to be called out by professionals/experts like yourselves so thank you.
I would like to know a single victim of DV that would drug themselves making them helpless, with sleeping pills in the midst of or shortly after a dangerous altercation. That is ridiculous.
I *can* imagine someone making the choice to be completely checked out if they don’t feel like they have a way to experience actual safety. I think it would be narrated pretty differently if that’s what was going on, and I imagine that’s not a common choice. I kind of feel like almost everything she says that doesn’t make sense is something some victim would do somewhere at some point for some reason… But all of it together doesn’t add up
She’s confused why people and the jury do not believe her. Simple, because her every word of the abuse she claims to have been through is a complete and utter lie. She has this disgusting “woe me” attitude that is way too overboard. The fact that she does not have any remorse for hurting someone, and only thinks of herself…is just purely horrifying.
She actually is a very skilled liar one on one. Maybe coz she is pretty to look at and she rarely breaks eye contact. It is said by her co-stars that she's like magic when you are alone with her and she can make you believe anything. She got away with bald faced lies for so long it has became second nature to her.
She's a narcissist of the highest order... she'll never truly care about (or feel deep love for...) another human being (or anything else with a beating heart, such as a pet...) - EVER. Her faking PTSD (and playing a Domestic Abuse Victim...) is absolutely nauseating. I sincerely have concerns for her baby daughter (and what kind of life she'll have while she's unable to get away from her "mother"...).
She is performing for the jury. She is looking at them constantly. If you are torn up about part of your life being on display, you certainly are not interested in a jury. I think she isn't a good actress.
AH is a very scrappy & mouthy woman. There is no way in hell she would have stayed in that relationship if he was smacking her around since the very beginning. She was making up her story as she went along
The thing is first noticed about the table with the box and drug lines was how neatly arranged it was. That was a dead giveaway to me that it was staged. That's when I knew for sure everything she said was a lie.
and the CD title is Robbed Blind. that's an inside joke for Amber and her sister and friends, and a message for johnny when he eventually sees the picture
Absolutely… No residue from doing lines of Coke, a tampon device instead of a straw or a rolled up hundred dollar bill, a full glass of alcohol and a full shot glass, and only one cigarette yet no cigarette butts in the ashtray.. what the heck! Anyone that looks at that picture and cannot see that it was staged is very vulnerable in my opinion. Unless she wants us to believe, as some people would set their coffee pot for the morning and have their breakfast laid out this is just how he lays out his breakfast for the next day.. 🤣🙄
I'd like to slap her for saying that a slap to the face is "the worst thing that could happen". There are so many worse things that can happen to you, especially as a woman. In my mind it's further proof that she's never been abused and she's got some nerve pretending to have been.
I don't think her ego would allow her to face her true self. It would be interesting to know if she truly believes the lies she makes up, or if she is so cold and dead inside that she just doesn't care that if she lies, as long as she gets her way. Smh
She also said that this lawsuit was the worst thing that’s ever happened to her yet she described such a brutal rape!!??? I would think that incident would have been at the top. More lies. 🙄
Hey Behavior Panel: My feeling from the very beginning is that this trial could have easily been a murder trial; she's a complete out-of-control abuser 101. Every single explanation she spews from her trap tells me the opposite of what was actually going on. The stairway incident could have easily been the "accidental" murder of Johnny while she feigned fear for her life as she claimed that "rumor" she heard about Kate Moss....furthering her claims of fear and a possible defense of pushing him down the stairs while "defending" her sister. I get goose bumps every time I think of her testimony and how this one situation could have gone south very quickly.
I agree! That thought crossed my mind, and she could have very well gotten away with it without him being here to defend himself, because at first, millions of people believed her when she said he was abusive and leaked videos of him slamming cabinets. That's scary to think about!
@@funkyfranx I do too! The mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Even if she doesn't inflict abuse in these areas on the child. Having someone like her with such a devious character as parent and roll model is horrific!
Spot on! I think it’s no wonder most people were referring to the “Gone Girl” movie. It has startling resemblances to a murder plot. NOW it makes sense why she wanted for Johnny to include her in his will. That woman is certifiable.. and probably won’t stop until she lands herself in prison!
She thought the first slap was a joke. Right there she's never been slapped by a man. I've suffered domestic violence at the hands of two different "men". None of it can be misinterpreted or interpreted as a joke or "kidding". This person insults me, and every woman that has suffered domestic violence, with her lies. She has no shame at using others' real suffering to further her revenge on someone. So many different instances in her testimony (and other statements) that raise my hackles. She is seriously setting back the women's movement with her obvious lies. It sickens me.
I suffered SA and DV, and a lot of this was really insulting. The guy almost snapped my neck, and it was an accident (he didn't realize tugging the blanket would rip my head back), but my reaction wasn't "oh, what a silly mistake". It was "You just almost killed me." I can't imagine making excuses when in a state of shock. Not even to mention the bottle story. I had to leave the room when I heard that. Just, that's not how any of that works! On the bright side, we can also view this as bringing male DV victims to light. They don't get a lot of support, at least where I'm from, and this has shown that they do exist. It also has made me feel seen, a woman who was SA'd by a woman for years. I didn't tell the police because I felt no one would believe that a woman was the abuser. Now it feels more accepted, after Amber was outed.
So right on. I am just like in disbelief, confused , I don't even know which English verb to use to try to understand this woman. And she is still walking around free to do this again and again. I am very sure it's because she was a beauty why she got away and is still getting away with this.
Johnny sits there so calm but looking like he can't believe what she is saying. She sounds like a person that needs to be in an asylum. How Johnny stayed so calm and emotionless through this is remarkable.
He cab hold her one handed, suspended for an extended period. He can fling her across a room. However, his punches, with rings never bruise her titanium face?!
I find the four of you fascinating and my daughter who is a psychology student can’t get enough of your channel. It’s funny how most of the public who’s been watching the court case and hasnt got your experience or knowledge smelt the BS from across the planet. Sorry I know you’re not interested in making judgement or finding out if she’s guilty or not, but she’s defo a crappy liar and a dangerous creature.
It took me almost getting murdered at 8 months pregnant before the police would believe me and do something. I have a lifetime P.O. against him as well as he went to prison, but thanks to the women out there like Amber Heard, it almost got me and my son killed before they believed me... 👍 Scariest experience of my life. Johnny, YOU were the victim and we always believed YOU. ❤️
So sorry to hear that. Women like her are partly the reason I never spoke up and never will. So I live with the anxiety and PTSD. I'm glad you survived ♥️❤💜
I have severe PTSD. You guys nailed all this on the head. It's really upsetting to see someone fake something that I suffer through everyday because of actual domestic violence.
She "as a woman, didn't know what to say"? What else would she be?? What the HelL else would she be?? What a bizarre statement - if somebody does this very strange attempt to sway the jury - it's beyond reality - Nobody reacts that way - nobody who's sane anyway!!
In my opinion, she's running a script: she mispronounced parquet (par Kay) as parakeet because she had read the phrase 'parquet floor'. It wasn't her memory of the parquet floor.
The talking about slapped from the couch, looking at the dirty carpet... from a Stephen King novel. She was in a Stephen King series & in interviews said she loved Stephen's books.
I find it so disturbing to listen to this over again having watched the full 6 weeks of this trial. I am so happy to see her lies exposed and Johnny vindicated even though it has taken years. Thank you guys for this amazing breakdown.
I remember thinking when watching this it sounds like she's making the story up as she goes along too many stalls in her story if you understand what I mean
Yes ! These four smart dudes have gotten her down exact !!! Love it … amber is the worst possible person in every single category. I want them to expose her to the three people left on the planet still team Amber 😅
Working with people with heavy addiction or alcohol issues combined with mental health disorders, I have watched situations play out at work and later listen to the persons involved in their words describe their the events that unfolded , Where they are so removed from the actual reality of what really happened. Amber's recollections reminds me of these situations. Amber is completely projecting many of her actions on to JD. It's so very clear she is the aggressor here.
One thing that seems odd to me is the idea that she didn't react to being slapped 3 times. She seems a very reactive person, someone who wouldn't just sit there. She doesn't even react on the stand whilst recalling the alleged incidents which is really odd. You would think that the memories rushing back would generate some emotional flashback once your brain has had time to assimilate the events. Strange and unusual.
She’s SO reactive, when she is called a victim on the stand, she instantly shoots back with “I NEVER called myself a victim!” (which of course is a lie: the whole Op-Ed was about her being a victim…) 🤔
I love it. She shouldn’t be doing this because it’s not right, but she’s only making it worse for herself. And the world will continue to see how evil she is.
@@spiritmatter1553 Yeah, even though AH is just asking to be sued again, I’m glad JD isn’t responding and allowing her to prove to the world how much she can’t let it go
It sounds like AH is trying to stick as close to the truth as possible (which I have heard is the best way to tell a lie) by reversing positions with JD in her narrative. But she can't sustain the perspective. She keeps flip-flopping between the prespectives of abuser and abused. Her testimony is so weird and, unfortunately for her, completely unbelievable.
Chase: “Let’s talk physics”. That was pricelessly funny. And, seeing Greg stifling a laugh was the cherry on top to the image of Johnny throwing her and himself across the room. I’ve actually seen this video before and came back for a laugh.
How about when they introduced her through Amber and she goes “Her name is Whit” huh??? It’s Whitney. She never referred to “Whit” again in all her testimony. So strange
It was the sleeping pills that got me... who would take sleeping pills when their supposed abuser is in a rage?! Make it make sense... she had just said she wanted to be vigilant so she could be prepared.
I agree, no-one in that situation would make themselves even more vulnerable by taking sleeping pills. Seems more like she threatened to "take a bunch" to manipulate JD into staying.
Johnny Depp looks so confused by her testimony. His body language is interesting to me during her complete testimony... It doesn't look like anger to me, just confusion.
Amen! I’ve heard the wine she preferred was $500 per bottle! There were figures about the alcohol budget. Did the accountant bring that in early in the trial? The budget dropped dramatically when she left or JD left her!
Lordy, she gives herself such airs. As if "Berocca is this exotic beverage habit I picked up in France". Hate to break it to her, but it's also popular with Australian bogans as a hangover aid. It's about as exotic as Wheaties.
I KNEW IT, I KNEW IT, Her story about reading is she reads 300 page novels, while in the makeup chair, waiting for her scenes, bla bla bla......her story on making Aquaman, the director had bought her a leather book holder for the book she'd be reading, because, Jason Mamoa had tore out the last few pages of a novel she was reading, she just went on and on about how she loved to read and the leather case, how nice it was... Ya, that girl doesn't know the truth, she'd walk a mile to lie before stepping a foot to tell the truth(my brother is the same way and so was his wife) I can't wrap my head around that mental issue.
Amber would have us believe that she is oh.so.literary, but in a few minutes one can gather that it's a mere posturing. Her verbs and tenses are often misused. I find it hard to believe that she liked the same literature and music as Johnny, which she boasted of on the stand. It is more likely that she did a cursory review of what he read so as to impress during their first meetings.
To my knowledge Austin has decent schools but then again, didn’t she leave when she was 16 or 17. Was that about the same time she killed her best friend?
I, "as a woman", had never been hit like that? Sure. Staring at someone is not a reaction any man or woman would have to being slapped. And that is "the worst thing that could ever happen to anybody".- I can think of many worse things that have happened to many people. Amber has not demonsstrated that she is the type to remain quiet in this situation. We have heard the phone recordings and I do not believe she would ever keep her mouth shut during a fight or argument.
I agree !!! It’s odd she thinks THAT SLAP and her dumb non existent stare afterwards is the worst ever. I wanna ask her Did you forget you were penetrated UP the V with a partially maybe probably broken bottle on the Punic bone 😂
A girl at school slapped me once and before my brain had processed that I had been hit my body had launched myself at her. I was young and I later learned more self control but I still don’t think I stay still after the first hit.
@@akelly4207 I agree. However, I suspect you are not like Amber who seems to enjoy physical violence if you believe her recordings. She has matured and still has not mastered self-control. I am willing to bet you have.
I can't stop watching people call her on her BS! As someone who was abused for 11 yrs...I knew she was full of it when the "leaked" tapes came out. It's literally hard for me to watch her speak about this. Smh, she's absurd.
The table is setup so nice and neatly. AH been setting Jhonny up. I believed she set that table up then took a photo of it for her own selfish reasons for later use.
@@Rhiannon.Moonchild yes! I think she wrote "that's what my morning looks like" (it was already noon) under the picture when she sent it to her friend... could have meant she was about to consume this herself as well
I watched most of this trial and i just didn't believe her. She seemed like she was trying to remember a script. She was too animated at times incoherent .The alleged abuse sounded over the top and unrealistic . They would show a photo with no bruises and insist that there were bruises. They would show a picture of her nose with no bruises and she would insist her nose was broken. It became bizarre.
The trial & the subsequent interview given by Amber seemed like a real attempt to gaslight the entire world. For Amber to insist that millions of people were too star struck or not quite intelligent enough to understand or grasp the truth was one of the most insulting & disingenuous things to come out of her mouth. She really wanted everyone to not believe what was heard with our own ears from her mouth on the audios & seen with our own eyes during the trial but instead believe her testimony. To do that you would have to completely dismiss all logic & common sense. You can not be punched in the face multiple times & show no sign of injury. You can not sustain a broken nose & cover it with makeup one day later, no swelling, bruising or discoloration whatsoever. These things are just not humanly possible.
Love that comment from Chase about Johnny Depp being so strong that after throwing Amber to the table, across the room, he flew there with her and landed on top of her🤣🤣 She actually said she can’t remember if she held on to him and that’s how he ended up on top of her. In which case she herself must be extremely strong 🤣🤣 Also, she says: “he said you can’t control me anymore”… why would he say such thing unless she’s been trying to control him before… That looks like something she didn’t plan to say.
Scott is on the money regarding her set in structure and her actual level of reading and comprehension. When she stated that she had "parrot floors" or something instead of parquet floors I was like oh my god she just read that somewhere and is reciting it now in her testimony, while having no clue about it. Pronouncing it wrong lol
she is out of her mind. She thinks she can tell Johnny he can't have his booze in his freezer???? And that she hadn't "yet" started telling Johnny what he can and can't have in his own house. and how bold she was once she started to treat him like a small child. She must think she is talking to a bunch of Mormons. Sorry Amber you are in Virginia, not Utah, and the adults on the jury will realize you are full of it, painting a fantasy picture of the poor school more who had never seen drugs or alcohol before....AMBR, you do coke, drink too much, sleaze around with the neighborhood, and abuse your husband.
Exactly if u are an abuser you will control your victim. If you are a victim you will be told what you can or cannot do Simply put she was telling the man he cant put his own liquor in his own fridge. Whether he can take his own shoes off or not when he can go to bed or not. She said it, its it's its in the trial notes. So who is the abuser?? She is crazy.
Kinda fucked up that all Turd had to do was accuse Johnny for him to lose several lucrative roles, and then when actual evidence came out against Turd, she still kept her aquaman role, as shown in court the only reason she lost the role was because she sucked that hard at acting
So, where I am from in Australia, whenever someone has a Berocca in the morning we usually presume they have had a big night. Commonly known as a hangover drink. 😂
ok, if anyone has ever watched Dexter, it's a movie about a serial killer whose father trained him in how to show emotion, facial expressions. This father recognized that his son was a psychopath. Amber reminds me of Dexter. She actually does not know how to feel anything real. She has to act out emotion, she has no real feeling to draw on.
She has no idea what PTSD is. My husband had brain cancer. Shot himself. My son hung himself after losing his fiance. The dreams I have, wake me up screaming. I doubt she even tried to use what I'm saying.

I honestly imagined that scene in my head in two different ways when I heard it: she put her hands over his, squeezing them and trying to pry them off (I’ve unfortunately been there), or she misspoke about wriggling free of his grasp. Kind of like “I was stuck, but I loosened my grip”. Idk if it makes sense in writing so much, but who really cares? we already know she’s a liar to the nth degree. (I don’t believe her testimony at all, mind you, I’m just trying to offer some thoughts.)
Yeah, when she says "I can't remember" and she seems distressed it's because she is struggling to imagine what it was like from the victims perspective at that point, because she hasn't been in that position herself, so she has no idea.
So he supposedly flings her across the room, lands on top of her and repeatedly beats her about the face, then they continue in a struggle, and then 'we have this conversation about drinking' .... she corrects it to 'argument' shortly after but... seriously? Her's is a chopped up, salad of a narrative - most of which is utterly incredible with a few tiny bits of what might actually have happened tossed in.

All I see are anger and resentment from her. No fear, pity or shame.
But, yet it was present in Johnny's testimony. SMH
Because she's L Y I N G
It really upsets me to watch her awful performance. If you have truly experienced a flashback you would never behave or tell the story like this. It turns my stomach.
I agree 1000%. There’s a new movie on Netflix with Mila Kunis and the main character is living with ptsd from sexual assault. It was incredibly accurate. Sometimes it makes me feel better to realize I’m not the only one who lives with these annoying issues. Even with therapy emdr and tons of self work the effects still show up. Amber is polar opposite of all the issues. It’s very upsetting because people like her make true victims questioned
Here is a little tip, if you mute her and watch her facial ques, she doesn't look sad or weak she looks angry and annoyed.
Right?? Like I totally get why an abuse victim would be very angry at their abuser. But it’s just more than that, right? She just comes across as hateful and contemptuous.
I’ve worked closely with women who’ve survived violence. And maybe everyone is different. But I’ve never seen anything like this.
I took your tip and watched her on mute. You're right. She just looks prissy and annoyed.

Yes, the juror that spoke out after the trial said that she made them all feel very uncomfortable. Especially the strange deliberate, way she constantly looked directly at them through the whole trial was so awkward.

EXACTY 👍
Also, Rosemary, she’s just proving why we never new her until this trial. Terrible actress. Terrible. Youth and beauty? 🤷🏽♂️
She jealous because wino stands for Winona Ryder
Exactly. Where it appeared authentic was when she flipped it. You could see and hear her doing that.

100% does not speak for me!
Sorry this happened to you! She doesn't speak for me either!

At one point in the interview, she says she had “Lawyers, teams of lawyers” review the Op Ed article before it was printed…

In court she said that first abuse happened from Wino Tattoo in 2013 but in interview said she had Dr Notes from 2011, she’s a big liar
Exactly what I thought.
The disservice she has done to real victims of DV is so sad. I suffered extreme DV 30 years ago and can still remember the incidents in graphic detail. Why I’m I singing this with The Wellerman tune?
She tried to play the defenceless victim, but came across hard and aggressive.
That's interesting. I didn't even consider that.
Johnny must have nerves of steel to sit quietly through all this garbage coming out of her mouth.
I have wondered that often.
Those pesky parakeet floors are mighty slippery. I wonder if she chirped while sliding across them to her doom.
She read that somewhere a pronounced it wrong. She a terrible liar it's embarrassing to watch.

When Amber says that he has a bottle in his hand, she says the words “did you drink all of THIS?” Instead of all of THAT. I believe this is the point that she actually had the bottle in her hand and she threw it at him.
There's a recording of Amber telling JD how she can set him up, and she did just as she explained to him, scary
She reminds me of a 4 year old who wants to proof he/she is not wrong. The fake crying, the anger, the mouth and always looking if you believe it
The one thing I take away from this story in Australia is he never came after her.
Apparently she uses parakeet and parquet as synonymous.
"I didn't know what to do..." The real victims of DV know what they need to do - they'd do anything to deescalate the situation and try to flee from the abuser. Speaking from personal experience.
I'm a previous victim of domestic abuse, and I feel from my gut she's not only lying but she's an abuser. I'm furious.
You and tens of thousands of the rest of us.
I'm so sorry you have to deal with her.
I kind of feel like almost everything she says that doesn’t make sense is something some victim would do somewhere at some point for some reason… But all of it together doesn’t add up
@@lindseytallent2855 absolutely true. She just doesn't seem to be the exception.
The more she opens her mouth the more she sinks herself into her own lies
What a tangled web we weave
More lies. 🙄
She is not only the worst actress ever. She’s also the worst story teller too. Abusers always tell on themselves.
I fear for her child
I agree with you 100%. I actually often think about that and I am happy to know he got out alive.
Any time she says “it’s hard to believe… but” it’s a lie. Or “it’s so embarrassing to say this… but….” That’s a lie.

Yes. And “it sounds stupid…but…”
A narcissist is someone who will be the “VICTIM” or “HERO” but will never take the “BLAME” Amber fits that profile really well

Amber can’t remember key dates in the allegations, but can remember in 2013 at 10am that she’s drinking French vitamin tablets in her water? 🧐
Well they ARE from France, she had to get her internationalism in!
"I as a woman had never been hit like that before" Really? What about those claims of an abusive childhood?
She wouldn't have been a woman in her childhood.
As a woman she was never hit like that? Lol because she beat the crap out of everyone else
“As a woman, I’d never even hit like that.” Is she contrasting her often being hit as a child with this being hit as an adult?
I LOVE the side-by-side video alaysis to contrast the action and analysis here. This makes for the BEST learning experience.
So she can drink 2 $500 bottles of wine a day but he can’t have a drink?
She was setting him up from the beginning of their relationship!
She’s still going around defaming him worse than the op-Ed. It’s not right!
I love it. She shouldn’t be doing this because it’s not right, but she’s only making it worse for herself. And the world will continue to see how evil she is.

I would love to see her sister's testimony analyzed.
It’s on youtube I’ve seen it
How about when they introduced her through Amber and she goes “Her name is Whit” huh??? It’s Whitney. She never referred to “Whit” again in all her testimony. So strange
It was the sleeping pills that got me... who would take sleeping pills when their supposed abuser is in a rage?! Make it make sense... she had just said she wanted to be vigilant so she could be prepared.
Agree!!
Remember, it was “. . . a bunch of sleeping pills, uh, no not a bunch, like two because I have low tolerance” or whatever!
I agree, no-one in that situation would make themselves even more vulnerable by taking sleeping pills.
Seems more like she threatened to "take a bunch" to manipulate JD into staying.
I seriously don’t understand how/why this channel hasn’t reached a million subs yet
Analysis of Queen Elizabeth denying an affair with Joe Biden or something like that would push them up over 1M
Johnny Depp looks so confused by her testimony. His body language is interesting to me during her complete testimony... It doesn't look like anger to me, just confusion.

She goes through 2 bottles of wine a day. That’s a drinker to me

Yes.
Funny how she knows the difference of the drinks, but doesn't know that pledge and donate are two entirely different things
I can't stop watching people call her on her BS! As someone who was abused for 11 yrs...I knew she was full of it when the "leaked" tapes came out. It's literally hard for me to watch her speak about this. Smh, she's absurd.
Absurd is a great description
The table is setup so nice and neatly.
AH been setting Jhonny up.
I believed she set that table up then took a photo of it for her own selfish reasons for later use.
It looks like a photo she took documenting the start of a good time, that she later tried using to defame JD.
In which case she herself must be extremely strong 🤣🤣
Also, she says: “he said you can’t control me anymore”… why would he say such thing unless she’s been trying to control him before… That looks like something she didn’t plan to say.
Parakeet floors. Not Parrot but I agree.
she is out of her mind.
If you are a victim you will be told what you can or cannot do
Simply put she was telling the man he cant put his own liquor in his own fridge.
It gives you back your B B Bounce
ok, if anyone has ever watched Dexter, it's a movie about a serial killer whose father trained him in how to show emotion, facial expressions.
Oh my...so much grief....condolences for your losses...xxxx
I'm so deeply sorry for what you went through. That's horrible.
Thank you sweetheart. It's tough. Losing my husband was bad. Losing my son, almost killed my. 💞💞🦋🦋

I lost my 3 year old daughter to cancer..
it cost the marriage...
Losing my daughter is the worst thing ever, your heart never heals...but somehow i honour her by leading good life, so she would be proud of me....
Your poor hubby, he didnt want to suffer and lose his mind? Tragic yet understandable...
My daughters middle name was Roxanne....
ive just clicked!...
Much love...xxxx
This is very telling. She changed her story when she was on the stand. The judge warned her of perjury. That says it all.
Guys! You missed when she says “he had me by the throat…I loosened my grip”
She was the aggressor. She’s talking about what *she* did.
I believe they did mention that somewhere, I remember hearing it
I suspected she was describing what she did because she enacted the moves as an aggressor, not a victim. Good catch.
@@drnogueiras8783it's easy to explain, she switched roles in her storytelling.
