The Johnny Depp trial 2022 - Johnny Depp Amber Heard court battle -- Johnny Depp trial live
Although their marriage lasted a matter of months, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's relationship spanned more than a decade. The defamation case brought by actor Johnny Depp against his ex-wife Amber Heard is ongoing and will likely take weeks to conclude. But what preceded the case? Depp and Heard's relationship began more than a decade ago, and eventually devolved into what appears to have been a toxic marriage. The couple split in 2016, but have continued to battle in court over an op-ed Heard wrote for The Washington Post in 2018, in which she described surviving DV -- without mentioning Depp by name. Depp is suing for $50 million in damages and denies ever being physical with Heard. Heard is countersuing for $100 million and claims she was only ever physically aggressive with Depp in self-defense or defense of her younger sister.
Borderline personality disorder is a mental health disorder that impacts the way you think and feel about yourself and others, causing problems functioning in everyday life. It includes self-image issues, difficulty managing emotions and behavior, and a pattern of unstable relationships. With borderline personality disorder, you have an intense fear of abandonment or instability, and you may have difficulty tolerating being alone. Yet inappropriate anger, impulsiveness and frequent mood swings may push others away, even though you want to have loving and lasting relationships.
Histrionic personality disorder (HPD) is defined by the American Psychiatric Association as a personality disorder characterized by a pattern of excessive attention-seeking behaviors, usually beginning in early childhood, including inappropriate seduction and an excessive desire for approval.
The Behavior Panel comprises four top body language and behavior experts: Scott Rouse, Mark Bowden, Chase Hughes, and Greg Hartley. They analyze behavior and body language in public interest videos. This non-partisan group aims to educate and entertain, focusing on nonverbal communication, deception detection, behavioral analysis, statement analysis, interrogation, and resistance to interrogation. Through careful examination of gestures, expressions, and cultural context, they reveal truths and deceptions. The Behavior Panel is prominently featured on The Dr. Phil Show.

I disagree the whole time that Scott equates them to the trailer fighting / volatility. Do you do that to other victims of abuse? He did call her names etc, but equate him to this being trailer volatility, nope. He was an abuse victim. Remember. Many of us have heard ALL THE AUDIO AVAILABLE. Including Australia. (She claims the Australia audio proves what he did. It does not. It has her admitting she hurt him and it has others protecting her from police for JD).
      Just an FYI.

Police. Remember the audio where she mocked him about telling the judge, jury and the world?
We all know men do not come forward as easily when they are abused. They are not believed. Even with proof. They have to spend money in court to prove it. And even then society tends to still treat them as the abuser. The results of this case proves it with all those who still push AH as the victim of abuse and him as the abuser.
      Tsk, tsk, tsk Scott. ;)

This woman wasn't done with him after the divorce. She had to ruin him. She had to ruin his career. She could have just been done with him. But she had to flatten him financially. She took full advantage of guilty because of accusation. She accused him and for Disney he was automatically guilty. He's fighting for his life and his 30 year career. Kudos to him for not allowing her to get away with lies. As a practical matter, she doesn't have 50 million dollars, but he needed a chance to fight for his vindication. Good for him. I hope he wins.

Johnny needs his reputation back! He is the victim not her. Amber turd will torture him financially and emotionally for the rest of his live if he doesn’t protect himself in court right now. He is out of his comfort zone and was hoping she would back off but unfortunately she will never stop attacking him. Evil in my opinion. Johnny has already WON in the court of public opinion. Just because he is an alcoholic doesn’t mean he is abusive.
Johnny should have called the cops and got a restraining order when his finger was lopped off and a lit 🔥 cigarette butted put in his face !!!!!
It can’t be good to be amber turd from this trial forward. Live and learn you can’t treat people like this. Assult is unacceptable.

I think even if he loses the defamation case, he wins in the court of public opinion, he gets his side of the story out. the People can see he's been abused, and gained back any fans he lost in her lie. he'll go on to make more movies and maybe even one about his life married to her, one day.

It was my way of saying “it’s not a big deal” “I don’t care” “I’m fine, see?” It’s a way of disassociating from the pain, especially in front of your abuser.

I was a military nurse for a long time, and an EMT. Depps describes, in a very common way, a recollection of an injury like he sustained. Many people will remember having gone through a traumatic injury, and are surprised they didn't feel pain right away. They first feel the warmth of the blood.
I believe his smile at "looking at my bone" is also a common reaction. Many patients I've spoken with do the same smile because they remember the shock of seeing inside their body while their brain is saying, "that's not right!" Most people don't have exposure to blood, guts, and bones. It's not only a physical shock to see a piece of your body gone, but it's a mental shock.

I was knifed in the stomach as a kid in a street fight. Even know when I tell the story I inevitably smile and I remember the physical details and not the fear at first. The warmth of the blood, the strange feeling of the knife almost popping in, the glare of the street lights reflecting of the damp asphalt, the crisp autumn air. There is a level of detachment and also trying to put people at ease.

As a retired psych RN, who worked adolescent psychiatric units, adult/addictions, state long term hospitalizations, and 2 prison psych units, I've seen many people like Ms Heard. I'm so glad to hear you explain so much to the public, who Probably don't know or see what's really going on. I can't diagnose them but I'm thinking there's more deception from her than from him. And, any man who maintained years long relationships, and his exes have nothing bad to say about him, would most likely change as drastically as she claimed. Second, she would most likely split immediately after the first " event of aggression" where are the hospital/Er reports?? Police reports?? , Injuries from naked feet walking on broken glass?. I'm having a harder and harder time believing her.

TYPO ALERT. HE WOULD NOT, NOT change suddenly.. she inadvertantly admits she got physical several times., To me, she goaded him multiple times trying to get him to break and get physical. She tried to use the" invited slap" on him,and left too many trails in her lies that could be question ed. Too histrionic in her" breakup", with no tears, no dry mouth, needing to take sips of water,. No runny nose and Kleenex. ALSO,she dabbed her hanky BETWEEN her eyes, not wiping eyes or nose. Too much INCONGRUENT behavior 🙁🤔 too disturbing. I've seen a lot of assault victims and PTSD. She doesn't seem to fit. .

At one time she was swimming and her leg cramped and she started drowning. She was laughing so hard that when in the seconds her head would pop out of the water she couldn't breathe. My aunt thought she was playing and was laughing with her, until someone pointed out that she was drowning. Thankfully she got out safely.

You’ve no idea what’s going on and why somebody would act that way. Like when you deal with a narcissist, you can’t believe somebody can be that manipulative. Why would you act that way? I do not condone nor support any of Amber’s allegations, behavior, or attempts at higher social status using the ACLU and Me Too movement to further her reputation using false allegations; if Hollywood could strip her “status” I would be the first to sign the petition. I’m horrified that she has been labeled BPD because she is NOT indicative of us all. That said…
As someone with BPD I can understand why you’d say that, however I’d like to impress upon people that for BPD’s there is a struggle between, a lack of personal identity, a constant fear of abandonment and the conflicts that arise out of that fear.
People with BPD have EXTREME emotions and can range from utter rage to pure bliss in a matter of hours. The conflict arises when we feel like we’re about to be abandoned (justifiably or not) and our emotions escalate to extreme in .06 seconds.
The person witnessing the extreme emotions, having no idea how to respond, typically respond in triggering ways that in turn escalates the rage. (for example, leaving) That’s where the conflict arises. Living with this disorder for so many years I have been able to “roadmap” these issues and offer people close to me various ways of de-escalating or diffusing or otherwise reacting in ways that allows us to move from rage back into bliss without damaging either’s “relationship rights”.
I hate conflict, avoid it at all cost. However, if conflict arises I do have the wherewithal to mind my manners and not engage in any type of abusive behavior verbal, physical or otherwise.
Please be mindful to remember people with BPD are not worse than anyone else they just need special accommodation and understanding. Amber’s behavior clearly is unacceptable, wholly unjustified and completely disgusting but I have to believe in my heart of hearts it’s because she never took the time, nor did her family take the time to diagnose her and encourage her to get the therapy she needs earlier in life, thus it’s easier to raise good children than fix broken adults. ❣️
❤️ If you ever want to know why someone is acting a certain way, take the time to ask them. ❤️

I wanted to add that when I was 27 I had a waterskiing accident and my thumb was cut off by a boat propeller. Johnny’s description of a traumatic amputation is spot on- all the way from no pain at the moment of amputation to shock when one sees the bone protruding from the injury is indicative of a sharp object suddenly cutting of the digit. This doesn’t happen on a crush injury or other type of digit loss. Johnny being initially unaware he lost his fingertip would be consistent also. As a person who’s experienced the same thing AND being a registered nurse, I have to say this is a shock response and also Johnny suffered significantly as the hand has more nerves than any other part of the body. In addition his MRSA infection could have become so serious he could have lost his hand or arm - or possibly ended up in ICU with a potentially fatal septic shock from MRSA. So Amber could have been prosecuted for a serious crime had Johnny wanted to go after her for this when it happened.

I think Johnny’s laugh/smile when he’s talking about his hand injury is a laugh or smile at the absurdity and utter disbelief of the extremity/severity of the situation. It’s as though he laughs at the futility of trying to explain Amber’s behavior to others. People don’t want to wrap their minds around the possibility that a seemingly rational person (as Amber appears to be to the public) would act the way that Amber does. I laugh and smile like this and that’s usually what I am thinking.

In fact, I never even considered taking him to court for his treatment of me, bc it makes my skin crawl just to imagine having to be anywhere near him again. I once was working in a restaurant and his doppelganger came in to eat and it caused me so much fear and panic that I was shaking the entire time he was there, even though I knew it wasnt my abuser, just another man who looked like him. My brain was saying "it's okay, it's not him, just a random customer " and my heart and whole body was screaming at me to run out of the restaurant and get as far away as possible.
Seeing the way Heard can just stare at Depp and have no fear response and almost unchanging expressions, really convinced me that there is no way he abused her. Plus the fact that in recordings of them she calls him names and says all sorts of instigative things. When I was with my ex, there was no way in hell I would ever say something that could cause him to be upset. Never ever ever. No way would I want to start a fight with him if it was avoidable. This is normal for certain people to do that to move on in a positive light. Very healthy mindset and being able to move on from past trauma. The other trauma you try to forget because you cannot believe that what happened, has happened or why it's happening to you.

During his testimony it's the only time she weirdly stares at him the entire time. She never looks away from him. It's creepy, Amber is creepy. Other testimonials she scribbles and smiles with her tiny teeth, basically she could care less about what they have to say. But she is mesmerized by him and refuses to look away. She should be ashamed.

When she is writing she is not actually writing, her pen is a half inch above the paper. She hands blank notes to her lawyers.

Johnny spoke truth when he said "I've already lost win or lose this case" folks have Unfortunately formed an opinion. Tragically it will always follow him. AH is an evil vindictive person. I do pray he wins!

There’s a video on UA-cam of Amber on a talk show. She unequivocally states she HAS donated $7 million to two charities. States dramatically “I wanted nothing.” This is going to come back to haunt her now that the truth of the ‘donations’ has come out.

Another point to make is that he said he felt like he may be having a nervous breakdown after the finger thing. That is called shock in the medical world. When he described how it felt... That is what going into shock is like.

Just imagine how difficult it would be for an addict in recovery to try and stay sober with a wife like that at home, plotting, planning, twisting words all for your destruction and a pay check. Never mind staying sober, how about simply trusting anyone in a romantic relationship again or atleast not until a tonne of therapy has gone by.
