I consider myself lucky to have reatined allotment of 500 shares of Asain Paints in 1982 IPO Rs 12 /- that have become 6000 shares ; 500 shares of L & t in 1992 in rights at 60 /- issues that has become almost 2000 shares today ; 1000 Pidilite at 30/- in 2016 that has become 2000 shares ; ITC at IPO .....never tempeted to sell these ....has 66% of allocation. I only thank god for all this.

Dear Sir please take this question. I will be selling a flat and have 1.6 Cr in hand. I have a separate home loan of 40lakhs for 9 years running concurently. I am staying in neither of these flats. Should i repay the 40L loan and invest 1.2Cr in stagerred manner or leave the laom as it is and go all in with 1.6Cr into equity. Will be grateful if u can explain both options. 🙏🙏
Don’t repay your loan and don’t invest all now bcoz market is too high if you really want to invest then only subscribe 1 smallcase of bm focused smallcap and put only 10 lakh now and wait for right time
