    There is a lot to like with the coyote gas grill S series, with many upgrades this grill is a sure winner! First lets go over what we dont like about this grill. Well not much. There is a lot to like for sure. The main function that is important to any gas grill is going to be the burners. With the burners being heavy duty cast stainless steel they offer high btu output which means the grill gets super hot super fast. Which is nice, and then of course they have a lifetime warranty with durability at a maximum thats for sure. Also the S- Series gas grill features lights on the inside and the outside of this grill, and is all 304 stainless steel. Also comes with ceramic flame tamers. I think that is what they are called?

    Really well done video. Informative yet casual. Just learned about this brand. Found your video and learned a lot. Looks like a decent mid-priced grill.

    Great review. Has anyone thought of or tried making smash burgers on the laser cut veggie grate? Seems like that should work well (high surface area, minimal holes so the ground beef doesn't squish through, high heat for crust on the burger). A griddle or plancha steel is nice, but that's just one more thing to keep track of, clean, store.

    I've been a Weber guy for ages. That infrared sear station burner is outstanding, but I'm not exactly sold on the steel cookbox, and I absolutely can't stand briquettes. However, I'll seriously take a look at Coyote should anything happen to my Genesis 435N...

    They should have made it with two button switches to control the lights instead of just one. I would like to have one button switch for the knob lights and then another button for the lights inside the grill.

    Thoughts on Coyote S Series vs Summerset TRL Series for built in outdoor kitchen?

      I prefer coyotes reputation and they have a lot of different built ins. If you ever want to design an outdoor kitchen with our PROfit outdoor kitchen design software be sure to call the store.

    I’m highly considering this one for my outdoor kitchen build, along with a dual side burner. Basically accessories to my kJ bj3. I may get a Joe jr too. The burners are my main draw. I’ve been looking for a while and I can’t justify a lynx, and the blaze doesn’t do it for me.

      this is your ticket then. I would say this is nicer then the BLAZE LTE but not as nice as the Lynx

    We are looking for this type of grill but with added side burner that can handle heavy pots. Trying to find something that I can move my canning and large stir fry outside in Savannah Georgia. Your videos are great, by the way.

    They mention that the drip tray will fill with water in the manual. Any experience with leaving these outside uncovered (built in with no roof)? I don't see myself covering my grill as i haven't for the last 15 years. Any suggestions in the same price range that don't have water issues?

      @@embersliving that's pretty. Why is it better for water collection? Definitely another option I wasn't even aware of.

    I've seen you review both this Grill and the Summerset Sizzler Pro-32. Do you have a favorite between those two, and why? I'm also a bit concerned about the ability to get parts on these. Thoughts?

    • @embersliving
      @embersliving  3 роки тому

      I like the coyote better for sure. I don't see replacement parts as an issue, coyote has been around for about 8 years

    Thank you for the detailed reviews. I currently have a 54" grand turbo but can not get parts anywhere for it, so now I am in the market for a new grill. I am currently looking for a built in and was looking at the coyote S-Series or the blaze 4lte2. I will be using NG. I wish the Blaze came with the H burners(yes I know the pro has it but big bump in price) or I wish the coyote came with the blazes heat dis-placers vs the ceramic(Do you know if they will fit on the coyote? :)). What is your opinion on the one to get, or something better for a little more? Thank you again for your time with the videos!

      hmm that is a video that we need to do actually! Do a comparison between the two. The blaze is slightly deeper, so I am afraid they would not fit.

    Good review, any thoughts on Blaze vs Coyote vs Napoleon?

    odd how the side shelves hang off at that broken looking angle. They couldn't have engineered them to sit flat? The Infra red element does not take care of itself. I have a Golden Blount all infrared and it gets clogged and the ceramic element cracks needing replacement. I've had it over ten years so I've been there.

    Great video! Wondering ......Can you use the grill without the Briquette Grids on, and just use with the grill over the burners? thanks

    • @embersliving
      @embersliving  3 роки тому

      you can, but your burners won't be protected and I feel you will get more flare ups

    Comparing coyote S 30inch vs Napoleon prestige pro 500 for all around grilling performance and durability. Low/slow wood chip/charcoal tray cooking, steakhouse searing, rotisserie, etc. Would you suggest one over the other if $ not an issue? Thanks

    • @embersliving
      @embersliving  3 роки тому

      hmm that is a tough choice, both are awesome. Hard to go wrong with either, they both offer infrared

    Great video! I have a question. I was thinking about going with a Coyote C 28 but not sure if I should be concerned to get a 2 burner grill? I usually only cook basic stuff like burgers, chicken, dogs... Is there any thing wrong with a 2 burner in terms of slower cooking or just less grilling surface? I didn't want to spend so much more for the 34 or 36 C Coyote so thinking 28 might suffice. Thoughts? Otherwise, I would be spending same money on a Weber 3/4 burner. Should I go with Coyote C 28 over Weber?

    • @embersliving
      @embersliving  4 роки тому +1

      I think the coyote is a better grill for sure. I don’t see the 2 burner being an issue for you! We have them on backorder but can get you on e

    Can you use the infrared burner for just regular grilling like the rest of burners? Or is its only function for searing? Do you then lose that surface area for food if you're not searing stuff but need the space?
