- On 5/25/2024 I chased the CapeFlyer from Bourne to Hyannis, MA. This video starts at the Bourne Train Station looking down the canal to the railroad bridge then we see the train make the station stop. This stop is very popular and many passengers got off here to connect with CCRTA and Steamship Authority Buses. We then make stops in West Barnstable and Yarmouth before landing at the Hyannis Rail Yard.

I want to take this to hyannis. They added a first class car right. Great vid .
Cool! And nice catch ;)
Nice catches it's nice that there's a geep duo this time on the capeflyer
Awesome train video🚆
cool vid!
A lot more people got off in Bourne than I thought
Yes, it is a busy spot. People transfer to busses here that go to Woods Hole and other Cape points.
Cool! I noticed at the Hyannis Rail Yard, there was a "chopped nose" GP9 painted blue with a "fire cracker" antenna, but missing it's number boards. Was this unit one of the Bay Colony's GP9's? I wonder if Massachusetts Coastal has any plans for these former Bay Colony freight engines. (I would like to see these serviced and repainted in MCRR's livery and placed back into service.) Keep up the good work, stay safe and God bless.
NICE...I'm about to take this train in two weeks. Its sad the MBTA are using 4 old cars that they're going to retire and two bi-level trains that hasn't been overhauled by Alstom to use for this trip!!!

Where did all those tracks come from in Hyannis
It's a rail yard. The track diverges into many tracks to store trains at.
I’m very curious why the first class car has seats that don’t have outlets, and windows you can barely see out of…
Welcome to the MBTA!
Why would that guy need radar?
