Absolutely, exactly what I need, especially today! Feeling a tad weak, especially my core. Kept wanting to poke my lower tummy out rather than suck it in, but I will work on that. Also, I'm not good on my hands and knees, my knee is slightly damaged from an old injury, so I go up into full downward facing dog and plank and that works well for me ! Your videos are a fabulous gift, I practice by myself and you have helped me so much. Bless you, thank you 🌟

Soooo challenging! It was just about 22minutes of yoga but sooo sweaty afterwards and I felt the fire burning within 😅😅😅! Week 2, Day 9 of Summer Yoga Course with Kino: SO MUCH GRATITUDE for the experience that is becoming lighter and lighter with each practice. I find myself going home after 10hr workday excited to be on my mat! Although it took me years to 'feel' my lower belly, now I know that lolasana will happen one day even if it takes another number of years. The process of being in the moment of practice is what ultimately matters. :) Thank you Kino! Did I mention it is so much fun! Thank you for inspiring us and supporting us from a distance. P.S. I happened to order 'Hippy Dreams' bandeau from liquidoactive when in NYC - well before seeing your video! So happy about it!
I can't get my leg straight when we lift it from seated towards the beginning (headed toward a boat variation). I can barely get it up to 90 degrees. :( Later when we do 5 reps of leg lifts I can only get my leg to lift I couple of inches. I guess my legs are just that weak. I have always struggled with this. I will do this everyday. Thank you Kino!

I know you get this all the time Kino but you are amazing! Every time I do yoga with you I can feel a great sense of self and peace. I just did this video for the first time and I feel amazing. I saw a light inside my belly and somehow almost had happy tears. That seems/sounds strange to me but I did and it brought a smile to my face. You are the best! Thank you for everything Kino! I didn't stretch my quads enough before doing this, so my right quad cramped as soon as I lifted it at 4:35. What warm ups do you do? Do you have any yoga warm up videos? because I never seem to warm up thoroughly. I love your videos. You're a great teacher.
Day 2 I did it. I didn't feel fire in my core until there was 7 some minutes left of the video. Prania arose as well. I am sure it might have made me somewhat stronger, but I am sure it won't make me sore tomorrow. I am naturally strong so who knows. Thanks kino for encouraging me to do it.

As much as I watch you I am very impressed with your knowledge with all the anatomical terms. Every time you use a term I am not that familiar with I find myself looking it up.
