    Kino for sure you might have heard so much , how gifted and unique teacher you are , thank you so much , i am practicing Ashtanga yoga for 5 years and i was able to step on my ego and take even very beggining steps that you teach for novice , i am very greatful to you and i will keep going back and taking the most basic its winderful to recap , so greatful for your videos . thank you so much Kino world need's more yogis like you Namaste 😊

    Just finished day 2 of summer yoga! Enjoyed participating because I really felt my abdominals fire! I can also use some of these moves with my patients to activate their core! Thanks kino!

    When i did this course it was 35 Celsius outside with only a slight breeze coming through the window. definately lite a fire.

    Absolutely, exactly what I need, especially today! Feeling a tad weak, especially my core. Kept wanting to poke my lower tummy out rather than suck it in, but I will work on that. Also, I'm not good on my hands and knees, my knee is slightly damaged from an old injury, so I go up into full downward facing dog and plank and that works well for me ! Your videos are a fabulous gift, I practice by myself and you have helped me so much. Bless you, thank you 🌟

    This weekend I was planning on incorporating more core into my yoga practice (so far its been mostly arms it feels), so this is just what I needed! I'll be using this and supplementing with a few of your past beginneryogachallenge videos to gain strength in this area. Thank you so much for the practice and spiritual intentions to go with it

    Soooo challenging! It was just about 22minutes of yoga but sooo sweaty afterwards and I felt the fire burning within 😅😅😅! I wasn't able to lift my legs in Lolasana though, but will definitely be returning and watching and following you in the video again and again til I get that one :) Thanks so much Kino, you're really a blessing to the yoga community.     I have made a switch from fight master yoga to your yoga channel and I am truly great full that I found you. Although this was a difficult practice for me I am inspired to keep pressing forward. You have helped me a lot and I am only on day 2. I look forward to traveling on my journey with your teaching incorporated.     Week 2, Day 9 of Summer Yoga Course with Kino: SO MUCH GRATITUDE for the experience that is becoming lighter and lighter with each practice.
    I find myself going home after 10hr workday excited to be on my mat! Although it took me years to 'feel' my lower belly, now I know that lolasana will happen one day even if it takes another number of years. The process of being in the moment of practice is what ultimately matters. :)
    Thank you Kino! Did I mention it is so much fun! Thank you for inspiring us and supporting us from a distance.
    P.S. I happened to order 'Hippy Dreams' bandeau from liquidoactive when in NYC - well before seeing your video! So happy about it!

    I can't get my leg straight when we lift it from seated towards the beginning (headed toward a boat variation). I can barely get it up to 90 degrees. :( Later when we do 5 reps of leg lifts I can only get my leg to lift I couple of inches. I guess my legs are just that weak. I have always struggled with this. I will do this everyday. Thank you Kino!

    4th day doing this practice. It has become rather enjoyable :D I love feeling that inner fire. I still suck at those hand lifts. I am not naturally strong person either,so I will continue practicing :) namaste

    I know you get this all the time Kino but you are amazing! Every time I do yoga with you I can feel a great sense of self and peace. I just did this video for the first time and I feel amazing. I saw a light inside my belly and somehow almost had happy tears. That seems/sounds strange to me but I did and it brought a smile to my face. You are the best! Thank you for everything Kino! All your wisdom you share with us through Istagram, Periscope and UA-cam. I have one DVD from you so far and I believe you have books, I'll get to those soon. :)

    I didn't stretch my quads enough before doing this, so my right quad cramped as soon as I lifted it at 4:35.
    What warm ups do you do? Do you have any yoga warm up videos? because I never seem to warm up thoroughly.
    I love your videos. You're a great teacher.

    Day 2 I did it. I didn't feel fire in my core until there was 7 some minutes left of the video. Prania arose as well. I am sure it might have made me somewhat stronger, but I am sure it won't make me sore tomorrow. I am naturally strong so who knows. Thanks kino for encouraging me to do it.

    Just keeping the belly pulled in all the time is enough to tire you out, but I am doing as you say. As much as I watch you I am very impressed with your knowledge with all the anatomical terms. Every time you use a term I am not that familiar with I find myself looking it up.
    When your head was off the mat, I was thinking I hope she does not hit her head on the concrete, lol.
    Kino this lesson is a blessing, because my core needs work.
    I just want to take a moment and say thank you for sharing ashtanga.
