This has been my go to bait so far for 2021. Have only gone fishing twice for the entire year, which was these past two weeks, and I've already caught 8 bass that were 2+ pounds, biggest being 4.1 pounds. And I live in Vegas lol. Wakasagi, hanahaze, or haze, either of these 3 have been excellent. Exclusively use 3/8 Oz for ponds and 1/2 Oz for lakes.
I will say, when I fight a nice size bass, even if it's a brand new DS, they'll absolutely DESTROY it. Tail will remain intact, but the front will get blown out and the weight will come out. Simple super glue fixes that though.

Yes! You can find "B grade versions" all over the web. It is made out of the same factory, just not branded with the megabass name

I tried mine today I like it so far I got the 1/2 ounce
Durability is amazing lasts 70+ fish for me. around the 50 fish mark it gets pretty raggedy but my best one went to 69 or 70 fish before I lost it.

@@ChewyThaoFishing I’m typically around big largies so I throw it on my jig rod the Dobyns Champion 735 Casting. And a diawa or shimano reel normally with braid to leader 40lb braid to 15-17lb fluro. In clear water I’ll use way lighter gear though. (Straight 10lb fluro and a lighter rod and Around heavy cover it’ll be 20lb leader)

Great baits been fishing them for a will now only issue is the eyes keep falling off !!!!maybe some clear glue over the eyes before you start fishing with them, just hope that the eyes stay on .they just don't look the same without the eyes
You’re right. Before I use them, I rub super glue clear gel in the front of the bait, both eyes and line loop, with a toothpick and wait a few hours then it’s good to go!

Hey Kevin, thanks for watching. Depending on water clarity/conditions. Dark/stained water = dark/very bright presentations. Clear water = more natural colors.
What weight would you reccomend?

The eyes fall off that's my only problem

Eyes come easily and fish bite the tails right off.

Haven’t had any trouble with the tail yet but when the eyes come off of mine I just put superglue around the head to prevent that.

Ok, you could have done all this in half the time; too much repetition. Lure summary: the eyes pop off, superglue them; the plastic will begin peeling away around the eyelet, again, superglue is your friend. I wouldn't buy them but they are worth finding snagged along the shore and fixing them.
Lol the whole reason I bought it was cause I thought it was weedless
They do pretty well for coming through weeds - is it perfect, absolutely not. But it definitely can get throw some vegetation.
Got 10 of these from Amazon called truecend lures exact same bait $17 for 5 bought both sizes

Can get them even cheaper from AliExpress, just takes a few weeks from China. Lots of knock-offs for rage bugs, keitechs, etc.
