As a Baritone Sax player I am in awe😍😍😍
Same
Kayla Sajous same
Look up leo p if you really want to be in awe. Look up Too Many Zoos Ted talk and he's the bari player.
you're easily impressed then
Nightlife 9 this piece takes skill, who wouldn’t be impressed?
This is what Bari saxes do in sectionals, if you guys didn't already know.
so true I play Bari and your right.
yep
Have you guys seen the bari solo for "Up A Lazy River" thats some magic. and bari for life 👌
Jonathan Bear I am a bari sax player
Yep
The togetherness of this is amazing. The intonation, rhythmic precision, agreement on style, and the way everyone blended is fantastic. :)
+Candace Lambert Thanks!
+The United States Army Field Band Bari Saxi, Any other Baris here?
I play Bari and tenor
You guys are simply awesome. That's a piece of music for those deep horns and your playing is totally outstanding. Even though tenor is my axe I still love the tone, range and power of these big horns and you guys really make them sound their best.
the beginning sounds like something you would hear in a scary movie. amazing piece
I absolutely cannot waitttttt for "Allegro Con Brio" teased at the end. There is so few pieces in the saxophone repertoire that has that written style of music, yet I feel it sounds soooo nice with a sax quartet doing it! I can't wait to hear the whole thing!!
Nathan on da bari video 😳
this kinda sounds like when they communicated with aliens in close encounters
this is bari awesome
patrick flores lol
As the only bari sax player in my school’s band, I approve
So that's how they produced Jaws
Ikr
o
This should be in the new movie coming out called “the meg”
Excellent imitation of a bunch of geese having an argument!
Jesus fucking christ. The tempo feel and consistency is so bloody spot on. I am literally feeling euphoria directly from their time sense.
Flawless tonguing!
+Danny Perlman thats what she said
+CleverDjembe Come on man. That stuff doesn't apply for music :'(
Military bands are so amazing
Close encounters of a Low Kind
+doug tessler Too funny!
they sound funny like a version of a tuba trying to play in woodwind form. but i still like them alot
I don't know how someone could dislike this. It is amazing!
The crossing rhythms dont make sense
you guys are just amazing
+doug tessler Thanks a bunch!
An odd composition! Well played, I thoroughly enjoyed listening.
I' AM EXPRESSED
EMPATY!!!
OCEAN EMITIONAL...
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
Sounds like the bari section before band class.... oh wait that includes me.....
SkyCole I’ve got 4 bari’s in my band and we’re all you can hear
Thomas Gendron lol I have a big percussion section and they take over
IJ Hopkins ha that was my middle school band
Lol there are like three Altos a saprano and me a bari in my band and the sax section dominates
called "low quartet," plays altissimo half the time
Yella G they mean low as in they are able to play low
They are lower instruments as in they play all the bass lines but they can also play high
This is what happens when your alto/tenor sax is in in the repair shop! 😎
This makes me happy.
It is truly a... strange piece. But I do like the feeling it gave me seeing Baritones in a quartet. Great playing, indeed!
This song is what got me into saxophones
It's really easy if you ask me
You guys never fail to amaze!😁✌🏼️👍🏼👏🏼
Pure talent nailing those perfect altissimo notes and with dynamic contrast. I've played some tough songs with my group, but this song sounds really challenging to play right. Very nicely done, I wish I had half the talent y'all have.
this quartet is one of the best I have ever herd
*hard
+TheKillzDude G-Dash *hered
+TheKillzDude G-Dash *HEARED
+TheKillzDude G-Dash OMFG *HEARD!!!
Fantastic playing of an awesome piece! Thx for the upload and for making great music!

Bari sax rules!
y'all guys are just so amazing. and I play the baritone sax good and no one I know could top this. good job! 😄
I never knew a bari could be played like this its amazing
+Johnny Timai Thank you!
Check out Too many zooz lol
You guys are f*****g awesome!
I love this channel!
Excellent!!!
Super chops!!!
You guys do an amazing job at imitating the sound of a cello in this piece in my opinion and thats the tone that a Bari player should strive for.
Cameron Malito and they're better than cellos
A baritone saxophone player should strive for the tone of a baritone saxophone.
Nicholas Graves exactly
“Oooh I play the bari to sound like a cello!!!” Hahaha just play the cello
gotta love that resonance
baritone saxophone is the best saxophone
Cameron Murphy correction best instrument.
Zoryzer True also
Zoryzer Nah man gotta love the Bass sax!!!
Xavier Simon yeah but it's soo low
Excelente **************************
im a sax player so it's cool to see how the military play classical music as a sax quartet
This is just too impressive, you did an amazing job! Being as good as you on my Baritone Sax is my lifegoal number one I guess...!
Thanks and good luck with your music.
This is truly amazing great work. I'm also a Bari Sax player.
What a great performance !
I'm a saxophonist player studying in Brussel and I would like to know if the score for this version of "the low quartet" is published ?
Amazing bari players !
Those high notes really chop it up.
Does this go into altissimo range for the Bari at all??? It seems high but is it just normal range
+Joshua Moorash Yes, it does go into the altissimo range on all of the parts. Thanks for watching!
+The United States Army Field Band I've watched many many times it's amazing
this sounds cool
How are you guys so consistent with the low notes? I mean it isn't hard, but each sounds perfect.
Preston Estep use a lowe reed than you're used to and you'll need less air
Wow beautiful sound guys! I play tenor sax!
+Bella rigg Thank you!
you just have to do a video with that bass sax in the background
Marvelous!
wow really awesome
That low A man.
I like it! but I have a question, I've heard of saxophones in the military and stuff, but what is their purpose? I was just wondering.
+Chris Johnson What is the purpose of them musically? Is that what you're asking? Or do you mean why do we have musicians in the Army?
Both actually The United States Army Field Band
This is bari cool
Senhores!!!!!! Que incrivel....
Amazing low sounds !
4:34
My favorite part
i actually play bari, ani i just have to tip my hat to you guys, this was just amazing
+Noah Phipps Thanks and thanks for watching!
Brilliance
This is so weird in the absolute best way possible
simply awesome-
Me getting a snack at nighttime
7:08
When you walk into a forest and ur about to die...
How can you have a bass sax in the background and NOT use it??
HAHA - too true.
That is so true. 😂
Whoa, I didn't know Brian Sacawa was in the U.S. Army.
Awesome 👍 👍
These 4 selmer baris combined probably cost more than my house
4:35 is my favorite part
So good
This video makes me want to learn bari and learn this from ear. I play tenor and I want to play this on bari.
+Joshua Garcia Very cool!
whenever i hear this i think of a stampede of t-rexes
See Bari and bass saxophones can make awesome sounds
They have style in playing the Baritone Saxophone I am so impressed At Sgt. 1st Class Brian Sacawa and they blend in with the dark mood in the beginning Good Job I would Like to have a chat with Sgt. 1st Class Brian Sacawa Thank you and Very Good Job
+Brandon Alfaro Oh thank you! If you would like to communicate directly with anyone please send us an email via our website www.armyfieldband.com. We can put you in touch with any of our saxophonists to answer any questions you may have. Thanks for watching!
Bari Power!!!
And here I always wondered what four female stegosauruses sound like when singing hymns!
Seriously, that's some seriously good sax playing.
The 4 most badass men who ever lived
7:00 is amazing
This sounds like it belongs in a Jaws movie...
Bari sax master race
It was bari good
If you speed up the song at 2x speed, it sounds like constant laughter lol
This piece was so amazing, I listened to it so many times!! Is there anyway to get the sheet music for this?
My favorite part of the Bari is the low A hands down
u sound amazing
+The United States Army Field Band As a bari player myself, I would like to know if you can tell me the selmer mouth piece model and the reed, I use a selmer c* and a vandoran blue box hardness 3
I'm curious as to what makes and models of baris each of you prefer. TIA
Buena música, y los soldaditos tocan bien.
バリサクかっこいいよおおお;_;
baritone saxophone is very cool ;_;
What mouthpiece were you using in this video? Looks like a selmer s90 or selmer s80.
+michiganpyro Which player's mouthpiece were you curious about?
David parks
+Ohio/Michigan pyrotechnics Sergeant Parks uses a Selmer E mouthpiece.
Now that’s tight
One person has their ligature upside down even though it looks like 3 of them do. 2 of them have optimums which have screws on top and 2 have standard ligatures where you are supposed to put the screws on the bottom but one dude has theirs upside down!!! This is bari awesome though
If you like the 4 Bari sound you might check out Quartetto barinetto „rockin in rhythm“ here on UA-cam . Different style though but also 4 baris
o senhores são de mais.......
I spy a pretty "little" Bass Sax behind them
2:22 chills
Love this quartet!! Is it possible to get a copy of this arrangement? Can't find it anywhere else where the instrumentation is all baritone sax
+Nick Karpathy We'll check in with the arranger and get you an answer!
+The United States Army Field Band Awesome!! Thank you so much!
+Nick Karpathy Here's what they had to say: This arrangement was done by SFC Sacawa. Please visit our website and contact us via email so we might connect you! www.armyfieldband.com
+The United States Army Field Band I tried sending a couple emails, but I never received a response...
The Bass sax in the background wants to join in and be played!!! :(
on two of the Bari's the two ends to be specific I would like to know what kind of ligature that is. I have just recently gone from trumpet to Bari sax so I don't know to much about the different mouthpieces and ligature. I use a Yamaha 5c mouth piece and rovner mark III ligature
im pretty sure their using selmer c stars
They are using Brancher metal wire ligatures with Selmer s90 190 mouthpieces.
@@oatjohnsonmeal3292 thanks
This is what's its like to be in the Twilight Zone
Where can I find the sheet music for this? It’s sounds amazing and I want to try it
