Indian Air Force needs to learn from Navy when it comes to indigenisation and quick decision making. Even Navys speed needs to improve in my opinion but they r at least giving us Greta confidence about them with their activities. Army and Air Force have been painfully slow in decisions making and this is just an example of the same. Another great example is the MMRA tender which has been going on for ever

Sir, the high altitude airbase means the fighter jets can not carry their 100 percent payload. Can this be an advantage of IAF as the IAF has their airbases at lower altitude, allowing them to fly with full payload.
This was supposed to be ready 4 years back. Believe me they will only delivery this 4 years late.
Better to get 5th get TOT and work on 6th gen with collaboration with foreign vendors else this PSU will drow us.
