This is a great video but not really a workflow tutorial, workflow stars from the point you put your memory card in the reader. Do you create a collection or do you work directly from the library? Thanks for the video it was well put together . I'm looking for some definition and reasons to use collections. Thanks again!

How would you create a black and white photo but the clothes have colour? for example, black and white but the shirt remains blue, red etc.
