5.7 Hemi, exhaust manifold leak? Or noisy lifter? Fresh rebuild with about 600 miles

Yes, it's just a set of noisy lifters. 30k on the rebuild and it's going strong and the sound hasn't changed at all. I do religious oil changes every 3k.
