    hey coach,in the towel curls, are we ment to feel the glutes on the supporting leg or the leg doing the curls?

      Doing leg lol at first you will experience in standing leg one you pass some session you start to feel alright

    Coach i feel calf when i do one foot balances or towel curls for 2 months should i roll my calf out and foot becuase somtimes i feel hamstring. Coach could i get a reply
