    Hi Coach is IT normal to feel glute Response in the other Leg so I am doing the three hft excersices and i have a glute Response but If I am doing IT with my right keg my left glute Burns and vice versa.
    Is this normal ?

    Isometric calf raise did a little in the start but pogo jump helped more

    Hi Coach Chong! Maybe a silly question but when i play football With cleats my legs feel so heavy for some reason compared to playing barefoot. Maybe i got accustomed to playing bare foot too much? I don’t know is there a fix for this?

      I had this with certain boots and not others see how you go with other cleats. I had one pair that made me feel like i was running with cement on my feet. Changed my boots and was fine :S

    Can people do fascia exercises too who have varicose and veins on their legs ?
