Wow thank you! I’m glad I honored it! I had to give you guys credit, you guys have the best recipe I’ve tried. Hope my little twist was good enough lol! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

#STEPHBYSTEPH ❤️ Views on the Road... I don’t know how I came across this video.. Once I seen Chile oil I’m like that’s the VIEWS Chile Oil.. #Ohyeah so mouth watering yummy BIRRIA
Shameful how people talk smack about other ethnicities and races, when we know darn well just about everyone loves Mexican food and Soul food. Stick to your hot dogs and McDonald's you haters. Thanks for the upload brother!
As a hispanic I'm ashamed of myself for not having cook these tacos yet . I've tried them before at restaurants, but never homemade. Got to make this soon! Good video btw!
I'm Latina and I gotta give credit where it is due!! These are my favorite tacos to make! Birria is delicious, love dipping into the consome! Love your version, will be trying soon! 😋 Now my mouth is watering! 😂 Provecho! Love my culture and all the bomb versions of this recipe! 🇲🇽 🙌
I’ve been wanting to make these tacos for so long now! I couldn’t decide on a tutorial until I found yours! I love the way you broke it down with these easy steps. Thank you so much 💯
I have tried 2 other recipes and it felt like it was lacking something each time. Yours look really good and more what I was going for. I am making them using your recipe tonight! Thank you!
Found you scrolling through recipes. @Views on the road is my favorite food channel. Those ladies really take food to the next level. I echo what one of your other posters said about the Oaxaca. it is right on and my son the chef (really) said that adding the sprinkle of Cotija on the outside of the shell as Stephanie does creates a little magic shell of cheese that seals the deal. We ate these for dinner all week until we ran out of meat! You were fun to watch and listen to! Loved your twist and thank you for honoring @views!! I have subscribed - can't wait for more!
I’ve been binge watching birria videos and I’m curious as to why you left the seeds in and the tops on the chiles when you boiled them with the meat? Most de-seed them.
He mentioned that he is black and not mexican. Its a learning experience. I was gonna give him the tip to take off the tops and seeds. Salute brother. Them tacos came out 🔥
Just made this today with a few additions to the broth... baby this was better than any birria I’ve bought from taco trucks here In the Bay Area. Thank you
If you use queso de Oaxaca, guaranteed to take this to the final level. This is pretty much the exact recipe in Mexico City that I’ve had, looks super bomb G. Liked and subscribed!
I made these today from YOUR video and they were amazing!!!! Thank you soooooo much!!! Everyone LOVED them and is asking for the recipe. I’m sending your link to everyone asking!

I love your pronounciation of the mexican ingredients ( I know you apologised ) your recipe is alot like mine but I don't use cloves or allspice kind of things. Keep on cookin Bro !!! I could smell it cookin !!!
You got the right idea making these, I've made myself these tacos thank to tictoc then I went to se how others made there tacos. You did very well being you are not latino, great way to show you don't have to be Spanish to make Spanish style food

Same here. Couldn't find one so I made my own. I did go to a Mexican grocery store and luckily the cashier's mom was nice enough to talk me through it ☺️
I made this for my husband the other day. I fallowed your recipe but I ended up adding just a little bit more of each spice and I used pork ribs cause that's what I had in my freezer. But Oh my f***in god this was amazing. It's not hard to make I promise just try it.
So since the seeds are in this is spicy? I keep seeing remove the seeds because of the spice...sometimes I see makes it bitter... but I actually want something with kick...I want to prepare my mind because if I let myself want spicy and its not im going to be sad lbs
BOOOOOYYYYYY! This recipe is 🔥 I add siracha to my own personal dip bowl....my familia loves it! I have so much roast left over, eating these again tomorrow 💯....o put whole orange in the boil from one of these comments...so bomb I subscribed❤️❤️❤️
Good job brother. Looks good bruh. Got me hungry now at 2:00 in the morning watching this. I'm gonna attempt my first batch this weekend, so I can get down pat before I serve them to people while hosting this football season, if we have a season. Thank you for blessing me with another fresh new meal I can place in rotation each week. Grilled food, subs, wings, pizza & sushi rolls make room for wet, juicy, mouth watering birrias.
First time watching your videos. OMG, I’m Mexican so let me tell you Sir, those look so good, I’m drooling. You did pretty good in the pronunciation of the chilies too. Guajillo = Wa-He-Oh and Ancho = Ahhn-Ch-Oh. ✌🏼 Looking forward to more of your vids.

You left the stem on the Chili's did it still come out tasty
This looks sooo bomb!!!! Sometimes tho my mom be putting a whole orange to add flavor and it sure does make it difference!!!
I’ll try that next time! That sounds BOMB
Ooooh yummy 😋. Yes, the acid from the orange helps to soften/tenderize the meat.
I'm gonna add an orange when I make it this weekend. Just a heads up lol
Mmmm.. that sounds good
Look what I just showed y'all how to do lol thanks so much for this. Throughout the entire video the music had me saying "Ayyyyeeee ayyyyeeee" 🤣
Our pleasure!
I made these before with views on the road recipe and they were so darn good. Now I gotta try yours. Can’t wait.
I’m making The Views rn. Was yours bland? I feel like mine is bland and has no flavor.
I’m glad I see this comment. Making tomorrow and I wasn’t sure who’s recipe to follow. I refuse to spend all this money for bland food!

One of my favorites : I ♥️making these yummy

Her recipe is AMAZING. You did good!
Thats what I was thinking. 😆
are u able to substitute the chili pods for the chili powder of the pods
I’m trying this looks so good.. The hot chili oil is that what you are dipping taco in at the end
The dipping sauce is the broth from the pot.
I made this for my husband the other day. I fallowed your recipe but I ended up adding just a little bit more of each spice and I used pork ribs cause that's what I had in my freezer. But Oh my f***in god this was amazing. It's not hard to make I promise just try it.

They’re amazing
You did us Mexicans so proud ❤️❤️
Thank you so much for this recipe. I’m making some right now wish me luck 🥰🤤🤤
Would olive oil work if I don’t have vegetable oil?
Do you have to de seed the chili’s in the pot? Looks like you put them in whole?
Your voice and your food; Amazing!
I would definitely make this but without carrots. Do you know how many people this can feed
So since the seeds are in this is spicy? I keep seeing remove the seeds because of the spice...sometimes I see makes it bitter... but I actually want something with kick...I want to prepare my mind because if I let myself want spicy and its not im going to be sad lbs

that video was awesome and im hungry as hell keep these videos coming i am new to your channel
The carrots do depend on what region of Mexico the recipe is coming from but overall yes, looks fantastic 👍🏼
I’m making your recipe tonight! What did you do with the chili oil?
The remaining? i saves it
I think I missed it but do you mix in the oil with the meat cooking or after it’s done?
Best meal ever! Thank you!!
Wow good job man looks delicious!
Did you get this recipe from Jam Packed Cooking? His was my favorite too
toniesha walker No I didn’t. I mentioned the youtuber who influenced me, but this is my twist, ❤️

Man o man if I could reach through this phone!!! They look absolutely delish!!
Great tutorial!!

I make the chili oil too Its good on everything!! I may even put it on ice cream
Okay so where do find the guajilo and ancho chiles at? At a regular grocery store?
Hispanic aisle. Usually in Pete’s produce, marianos, and grocery stores
HEB or Walmart. Anywhere
Also they usually put these near produce area and the Hispanic aisle near the ends hanging in plastic bags
i wanna makes these for my sons birthday! Are you boiling the meat on high? 😊
what did you do with the whole garlic and onion you put in the pot with the meat? currently making this while following your video!
It boils down
Saw the video last week. Came back for the beat.
Oh wow my mouth is watering lol 😂 that looks delicious.. I’m definitely going to try and make this. Thank you for sharing 😊
Thanks!
That looks bomb I make birria tacos slot and this version looks really good gonna try next
Omg! This was awesome to watch and I plan to make some soon! Awesome video, thank you! Blessings, Lee
Can you substitute the chill for something else
Ty, Law Cannon. Yummmm!!!! Luv it. 🙏🏾👍🏽🤙🏽✌🏽🥰
For chili oil can it be another different chili
Looks good! Did u cook the tortilla on both sides?
Do u put the chilli with the oil there too?
I do, but you don’t have to. Most Hispanics I know don’t like it “oily” but I enjoy the flavor blend.
Lakers game tomorrow night, I making these. Nice work.
Can you use a blender or it has to be a food processor
Looks good brotha !! 👌
Your cooking was amazing it looked so dam good 👍...I never had them before but I am big fan of tacos so I no I would love them 🤩
Wow thank you
