    Found you scrolling through recipes. @Views on the road is my favorite food channel. Those ladies really take food to the next level. I echo what one of your other posters said about the Oaxaca. it is right on and my son the chef (really) said that adding the sprinkle of Cotija on the outside of the shell as Stephanie does creates a little magic shell of cheese that seals the deal. We ate these for dinner all week until we ran out of meat!
    You were fun to watch and listen to! Loved your twist and thank you for honoring @views!! I have subscribed - can't wait for more!

    I’ve been binge watching birria videos and I’m curious as to why you left the seeds in and the tops on the chiles when you boiled them with the meat? Most de-seed them.

      Ooooh yummy 😋. Yes, the acid from the orange helps to soften/tenderize the meat.

    If you use queso de Oaxaca, guaranteed to take this to the final level. This is pretty much the exact recipe in Mexico City that I’ve had, looks super bomb G. Liked and subscribed!

    Ohhhh man amazing thanks for the easy steps I've been looking at over 50 recipes from Mexico but some ingredients ive never heard of so glad i saw ur video.. very delicious better than a couple of restaurants ive eaten at hands down... only thing i messed up was when i added my hot oil to the ingredients it burned instantly i guess it was tooooo hot lol.. sooo i did another hot oil with the oil not soo hot n it worked.

    You got the right idea making these, I've made myself these tacos thank to tictoc then I went to se how others made there tacos. You did very well being you are not latino, great way to show you don't have to be Spanish to make Spanish style food

      Same here. Couldn't find one so I made my own. I did go to a Mexican grocery store and luckily the cashier's mom was nice enough to talk me through it ☺️

    I made this for my husband the other day. I fallowed your recipe but I ended up adding just a little bit more of each spice and I used pork ribs cause that's what I had in my freezer. But Oh my f***in god this was amazing. It's not hard to make I promise just try it.

    So since the seeds are in this is spicy? I keep seeing remove the seeds because of the spice...sometimes I see makes it bitter... but I actually want something with kick...I want to prepare my mind because if I let myself want spicy and its not im going to be sad lbs

    The carrots do depend on what region of Mexico the recipe is coming from but overall yes, looks fantastic 👍🏼

      I do, but you don’t have to. Most Hispanics I know don’t like it “oily” but I enjoy the flavor blend.
