Fun interview! I first noticed these guys while tuned into a livestream - Skull and Roses and I thought ' this is my new favorite band'. Lucky for me, I worked for Black Oak. Ranch in Laytonville, CA during the Hog Farm Hide Away music festival and Dogs In A Pile played twice there. When they showed up, they looked pretty road torn but they were so kind and handled their business ( which getting their equipment to the stage was a bit of a challenge that night) and their attitudes were pleasantly positive and very kind. It was the highlight of the weekend for me for sure. Then. they played! I love them!!!!! My analogy- the West Coast birthed the Grateful Dead in the 1960's ; fifty something years later- the East Coast burst forth Dogs In A Pile! I can't wait to see them again!
These dudes are awesome...Umphreys McGee is my 1st love but I've been stuck in the Dog Pound for quite a while now...very excited to see where this goes. Some amazing songs let's go
