Coffee familia your home is already amazing. Bro, the glass made it, I was glued to see the journey up the mountain. Thank you, I am a big fan. Cheers ☕
Looking good. That big guy was putting windows like a pro. Back in the day I installed windows as a side job in the summers. And....the view to the plantation across the valley looks very nice. It's cool to watch those plants grow and easy to know that it's the same plants. Great work.
Impressive.. best structural for earthquake zones. Are the windows double pain. Very interesting how the window frames are assembled on sight. Save the skylight till end for decision making. Paint colors can make big difference. Use e-glass on skylight so don't get heat gain. Nice to sit in shade.
Dude Is looking amazing your new home felicidades, aquí te sigo desde Modesto California, congratulations you have a beautiful family. ( Wife and kid). A ver cuándo me tomo una taza de café de tu finca.. It would be an incredible spot to entertain guests or even rent out as an Airbnb! Sube videos con más frecuencia para avanzar más rápido en tu proyecto. Te felicito por lo que estás logrando, ¡muchas bendiciones!
Vince, if you haven't already, please subscribe. This is an incredible family, doing good in their community. They deserve every subscriber they get and then some!
Honestly I wouldn't cut holes in the ceiling with all the risks of leaking. Also if it's raining or dark outside a skylight won't do much good anyway! I would recommend putting a bunch of LED water lights in though! They don't use much electricity and you can change the color temperature to suit your needs. You can also run them on a dimmer to use even less electricity.

In the north of Nicaragua there are no earthquakes.
Just buy a clear roof sheet at sinsa and remove one of the metal one😊😊😊
Love the progress on your windows. I know it will look beautiful when all done. Good job and thank God you have people and friends to help .❤❤❤

I agree. Would be easier to add more windows than risk a leaky roof. Although, @caesarv-x9i has a viable solution as well.
good idea my friend i will keep that in mind. cheers!
awesome progreso and if inspector Courtney approves then it's up to code...😂😂
