I rented for about 5 years in San Juan. I am now buying property at Bosques Del Mar , playa Marsella. The development is very secure. Guard at the gate at chocalata road. 6km north of San Juan del Sur. Private beach park , bbq pits , restrooms. Covered elevated tables. Water and power at lotline. My lot cost 20,000.$ Marsella is a calm water cove . Swimming and kayaking from the beach. I can walk to the beach in 5 min.
