    Hi Marc, I just had a quick question for you about the staub cookware. Can you keep your spaghetti sauce in the 5 qt tall cocotte and put it in the fridge till the next day? You know so much about the staub product I thought you would know the answer. Thanks in advance. Gonna try this recipe!

      Hi Linda, Thank you for your question! In the past I have kept my marinara sauce in my Cocotte overnight in the fridge. It does not harm the Cocotte. However I would not let it sit in the Cocotte for over 36 hours. Please do give this recipe a try and let me know what you think!!!! Thanks for watching!!!! 😊

    What did you coat the shrimp with? Flour as you said or corn stach as you listing in the ingredients. Thank you.
