Forever miss this soap. 😢 just so blessed to have been around to experience so many great stories. It helped to take away whatever you were feeling or going through in your own life. They got us through some great and not so great times.
Yeah, that was really cheap. I watched the very first episode of All My Children on January 5, 1970 when I was seven years old. I thought they would have at least one photo of Rosemary Prinz or something.
+blpalv15 O ok! it's all coming back to me..this was when the storyline of Greenlee crashing her motorcycle in a wedding dress and being presumed dead when Ryan found her veil or some part of her dress I think.
No worries. The show was on for so long, it is hard to remember who died when, when they came back, etc. I had stopped watching it by that point, but I did know about James Mitchell. I had forgotten about Greenlee. I stopped watching after many, many years because it really became ludicrous, even for a soap. How David got away with everything he did is mind boggling. And I love Jamie Luner, but she was a little young to be believable as someone who went to school with Tad, Jesse and Angie!

I'm mad Rebecca wasn't in this, and wow Eden looks GORGEOUS!
I remember I hadn’t seen this in a while, I was like “no way that’s Colby Chandler that damn grown” lol 😂
Tad Martin, #1
Tad Martin #1
And Scott Chandler's shot looks scary, plus A LOT like David Canery!

Probably because they took it as like the opening for the documentary Hayley and Mateo were filming!
Where are all the people in this opening? Majourity are in the episode, but a lot arent!

That's what Canadian ended watching that /A\ simsub after CBC banned that show :(
And where are Joe and Ruth?!
Probably didn't cost too much to make since they probably took a lot from the episode.
what they should've done was make the opening longer and just made a montage of all the openings that way everyone would have been included.
I don't get why Hayley and Mateo aren't in it, lol
WHAT?? No Greenlee??? a travesty!
She was dead at that point
+blpalv15 Wait dead?? So was Palmer?? I don't understand friend!!! lol
James Mitchell died not long after that airing. As a matter of fact, 20 days after the anniversary he passed away.

That opening was really cheap. That's the best they could do for AMC's 40th anniversary? They could have shown some characters from the past.
