Added in this plan 😍, but in small plan swimming pool is useless and ofcourse there will be no space 😀

People dont understand that in such a small space the architect is trying to provide u a spacious home so for that amendments required but with minimalist elimination DV studio is doing exceptional work .... Really appreciate ur work and looking forward to it

Well said ! It’s easy to say but, it takes real skill to design a functional space. I am not an architect but, I am planning my house build and consulting a planner to understand my own needs in a better way before finalising the blue prints!

Mind your language please.
Utility area is given besides kitchen becouse these two area uses water. Dishwasher is used in kitchen and clothes are washed in utility area. Wet area should keep close that will helps in plumbing conncetion and sanitaion. Also utility area will helps as the ventilator so proper ventilation is maintained.
