A combination of white and light green paint gives the external walls a stylish appearance, and they are exquisitely ornamented with horizontal line grooves. The porch is on the left side of the house, supported by a large pillar, and it has a fantastic patio. Extra-thick pillars that are glued with lovely ceramic caddies on the half of the pillar support the simply constructed sit-out. There are more seats set up in this area. The doors, LED lamps, and chairs give the sit-out a classy appearance.
Continuing on, the living room has an incredible layout, with a lovely sofa set, a tea table, and a TV unit placed here. Hanging lights and LED spotlights are used for the ceiling work. There are dining tables and seats in the chicly decorated dining room. In close proximity to this area, there is a lovely stair area with wooden steps and glass railings that have hardwood frames for an elegant appearance. With a lovely basin, mirror, and storage cabin, the washing area is well furnished.
Let's now talk about the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double cot bed and a closet set up in it, and everything is quite tastefully and carefully decorated. A double cot bed and wardrobes are also set up in the second bedroom, which also features a chic ceiling fixture with LED lamps. This bedroom has a nearby bathroom.
The kitchen is quite well-designed, and the colour schemes of the cabinets and wall tiles give it a fantastic appearance. Here is the second kitchen, which is arranged with fireplaces, racks, shelves, and washing facilities.
We will then examine the first floor. This location has amazing-looking pergolas with glass covering the decorations done on the wall and roofing, hanging lights, and wall paint. With a double cot bed, wardrobes, and lovely drapes, this is the first bedroom on the first floor. A lovely dressing space is set up close to the loo. The final bedroom has a bathroom nearby.

If It's With Interior And Exterior Under 45 Lakh Rupee That Price Are Awesome👍👏
It is backside of the plot.
Suggestion: make your window at ceiling level and use full length curtain for natural light this feels premium. Another suggestion is placing more room light in corner area so that room looks bigger and brighter. Your kitchen area feels suffocating it should have more open area or you should leave some space outside and make a way through kitchen.
Otherwise i like colour combination.
Definitely not 45 lacs. It is a steal if construction cost only 45 lacs
May be many things received as charity. 😅 My area construction rate is 2500/- per sq ft. Here it seems to be very cheap rate

House cost is 45 lacks not furnitures 😂
Even though the cost of 45 lakhs seems unbelievable, the layout is superb. The idea of steps creating two watching decks for the double-height ceiling is excellent. The study room occupies very little space yet is well-placed. The double kitchens can be converted into a kitchen and utility room, with an additional pooja room and common bathroom. The second entrance is very good. The large sit-outs are excellent and very important as people like to spend time there. In the balcony, the separate sitting place can be replaced with steps, making better use of both the upper and lower parts while still allowing people to sit on the steps. The terrace has not been toured, and the fourth door on the first floor could have been shown, as it seems to lack space for a washing machine and cloth drying area. Mohamed Aneesh has a unique style with burglars, which can be seen in all his designs. The living room separates the private and guest areas. Even though the house does not seem to be inspired by Vastu, it is still unbelievably Vastu-compliant. This house is not only good-looking but also nicely livable.

To make a beautiful house from skelton to like showing in video cost is 45 lakhs. it includes everything(all Interiors, Wood, Wood work, Lights, Paints, Kitchen work, Beds, Bathrooms Material&Work, Cupboards, Tiles and Glasses labour charge, engineers charge and etc. All the materials are Premuim type). and Skelton charge approx 70Lakhs without Land.
45 lacks include interiors as well , the wooden work or with furnished house

Those who are wondering how 45 ,in kerala this is true. As our house is also surprisingly low priced and beautiful compared to houses we looked in other states. Remember kerala is not an industrial or IT rich place. I have in recent years many north indians are now loving kerala and settling here after they shift their IT location to kochi or somewhere in kerala And beside the news only a very few places are prone to landslides or flood if you are worried about that. Just dont choose back water places and stuff and try choose south east parts in Kerala or any east in kerala
