mere liye 100 gaj mein same to same design bana do mere bhai. triple story house ka disign same to same bana do bas puja ke liye ek mandir room alag se add kar dena bas baki same to same hona chahiye urgent hai mere bhai please map bana ke de do.

We have a plot of 60x70 east facing. Both have a 30x70 east facing plot. We need a double storey house according to
⭐ 2 bedrooms with attached dessing room and washroom( 1 washroom use a common washroom)
⭐ 1 children's room + study room + with attached dessing room and washroom
⭐ 1 modular kitchen with separate utensils washing in kitchen
⭐ 1 Pooja Room (We belong to a Sikh family. Our house has Guru Granth Sahib Ji Parkash. So the room needs to be the right size)
⭐ 1 store
⭐ Front park with minimum 15 feet in depth
⭐ Car and two wheeler parking
⭐ Front double gate
⭐ Square type Elivation which makes the front looks bigger
⭐ Lobby of our house should be common

Is bar 3 no side setback provide kiya thanks. Hum small village me yeisa ghar nahi banvate city me hi banvate hai isliye muze lagata hai har bar government ke rules ke hisab se setback provide karo. Baki aapki marji.

Can you do some unique and spacious design for a 30x40 north facing site. With lift option.
Ground floor - complete parking with some landscape. Nice gate.
First floor - large living area (with double height ceiling), balcony, kitchen, dining area, 1 bathroom. No need for a room on this floor.
Second floor - Two large bedrooms with Walkin closets, bathroom, study area.
Third floor - Two large bedrooms with walkin closets, bathrooms and sitout area if possible.
Fourth floor - Terrace with multiple purpose area (like gym, etc.)
With Lift option.
Prefer large windows for great ventilation/natural light.
