Dude, that's a nice looking bike!!! I bought the cfmoto 125 popio ss. I looks like a retro café racer. I love this bike. It's the perfect street legal toy. Good luck on all your projects. You got some nice stuff and you ride some sweet mini moto's. Love your videos.
I noticed you have the bike on a rear stand which makes it upright and your oil sight glass is reading over full. Could just be because it has a lot of forward lean, but maybe check that out
That's correct. Oil should always be checked sitting on both tires and alligned straight (someone holding it for you or you trying your best on your own). Don't go by it on the kickstand or swingarm stand
@anythinggarage from another video I've seen there is a gasket it's a combination of metal and rubber I believe a donut gasket. I did see another kp mini 150 exhaust install and there was a gasket in there. And a round area in the engine for the gasket to sit in
I was inspecting that for a bit. Doesn't seem to have one. Nothing came off and nothing stuck on the original muffler. Felt around in the head, feels like solid metal. I thought watha heck and just put it on and all is fine 😅 no leaks.
@PVW4EVER I definitely recommended it. I have no problems with it. Other than the squeaky noise up front with passenger, it's a great little bike for daily everything. Can't really freeway it unless you're behind a semi being pushed around by the wind
Do NOT buy from venom if possible. Buy from kronic racing. Venom sent me the wrong tracking number, and one of the riser bolts fell out of the bottom and the bushing and cup were gone on delivery, and after sending pictures and emails over and over they still would t send me the missing part. And when I sent a pic of what ended up being their battery tie down, asking where on the bike it went, they asked me to send a picture of where on the bike it went…….. they’re a nightmare. Dude from kronic sent me the missing parts venom wouldn’t for free. Do NOT use venom.
Hey are you getting any air leaks on your exhaust? I guess sound can leak through where the air is leaking making the exhaust louder with baffle. Do you know if that's a issue or is that normal?
You can absolutely get an exhaust leak on any system. Make sure your exhaust clamp is on tight. They also give you that wrap that you can use between the muffler and mid-pipe. I never use them, though. The baffle screw can also become loose over time and, in some cases, fall off during a ride! Make sure everything is tightened up. But don't over torque either!
Thank you.

I didn't see ya put a crush gasket in there when ya installed the header
Sounds good may have to order it for mine.....was there no exhaust gasket on it at all? There is usually one on the head.

SO I plan to buy this same bike from Venom. Do you have any issues with it? Would you recommend it? Thanks!
