The thumbs up button doesn't do justice to the heartiness of my endorsement of this highly useful talk.

Great talk. I'm envious of your public speaking skills. :) You seem very relaxed and natural. It was a pleasure to listen to you.

What was that mentioned at 41:08? Bubu? Blublu? Byoobyoo? Subtitles didn't help...obviously speech to text and bad.

Ok, I see that we should read, but in which level? Shall we start learning from scratch reading?

Do you want tools to learn a new language? I can give you TOOLS.
      1) SOUND: Take a movie in your new language (without subtitles) and listen to it. You will hear that some words repeat throughout the movie. Repeat them. Exaggerate your mouth in order to produce the right words (your muscles might be new to these sound so its like going to the gym for your mouth, and its necessary).
      2) WORDS: Find images relating to the words in the new language, and dont go "native word" to "new word" style. Yes, at first you need to find the translation, but when practicing, never use native words to new language words. Draw your own situations and explain them in new language, even if only a few words.
      3) APPLY: If you live in the country you will have many people to talk your new language to, if not you have to find someone who is willing to. Someone you can trust and will help you. Classes can give you basics but they rarely teach you in this manner I just showed you. You need to use your new language, otherwise your brain will not see the point and just compress and store away. So use your language as much as you can, every day, or few days a week at least.
      4) UNDERSTANDING: Speak the language with your language partner even if you are unsure. Be brave, you will learn by mistakes. Tell your friend NOT to correct you by saying "this is wrong", tell him/her that they should repeat your words with a correct sentence instead. Think how babies learn words, they listen, copy, then point on the thing and say the word and they dont have a language to begin with.
      Hope I helped :)

Me too. I never read the whole poem but I thought I remembered that from the beginning of it - I think it is what's inscribed on the Bronze Horseman statue.
