You cant just quit alcohol cold turkey. It WILL kill you to suddenly stop

It depends on your dependency and even then not really you just get sick and sluggish for a few weeks... I stopped cold turkey after 4 years everyday 100proof bottle and got liver failure and I'm still here living and stuff... It's drugs (like heroin) that can kill you cold turkey

Wean down and stop. It's nothing but toxic poison. Don't go straight to beer when you wake up. Atleast make a builong. Having hangover insomnia? Eat garlic before sleep!

You can quit cold. I did it too. Cigarettes were harder. I relapsed a couple of times before kicking that habit.

As a teacher being at work drunk is fun, gives more energy. But its not something i would do again.
