Thank you. The first time I ever saw Johnny Cash on TV he did that - it blew my mind. This is the usual way to play Orange Blossom Special, I think from the playing of Charlie McCoy, who played harmonica on Johnny Cash's studio versions.
I heard Charlie McCoy say a fellow told him once he filed down the fifth hole a bit in order to play to tone pitch what Charlie did with two Harmonicas. Charlie decided to give it a try and sure enough it worked. He said he was so identified with using two Harmonicas that he couldn't use the method the fellow taught him in public performance! lol

Yes I saw that interview. 5 draw is raised a semitone. It's country tuning.
