Your device and method for measuring trigger weight is primative and adequate. I learned something new today. Thanks.

Cool. Thanks. I have just opened my gun, squished the original spring too much between my fingers, then pulled it back to just right length and now I have a much lighter trigger.
I liked your trigger force measuring bottle !

just wanted to thank you for your video on installing the gmac piston/valve! just finished my build over the weekend and it was fun - so glad to have found your vid, as there's only a few quality resources out there (but this made it more fun tinkering)

👍🏻 great thinking on making a trigger pull measure device .
For my trigger spring I snip a coil and stretch it a bit . You need to use kniplex cutters for the snip .

Thanks for commenting! I was worried people would take issue with how bodged it is.
I always worry about modifying stock parts in case I leave myself with an unusable gun.

@@ThrHillSeeker no worries, parts available is not an issue .you could buy hard to find parts on a non working air gun if available .

Thanks for the idea on measuring trigger weight. I am in the US so we still think in ounces and pounds.
A two liter bottle holds just over two quarts. A liquid ounce of water weighs an ounce. So it would be pretty easy to make the conversion.
So you went from almost four pounds down to less than a pound thats pretty impressive.
It may not be as precise as some people would like but it's certainly close enough.
I think I am going to try to make one of these things out of a hex head screw. Maybe drill out the hex head to fit over the stud. I think it might work.
      Thanks for the video.

Bevel washers are needed to fix sideways slop in the sear and trigger, on each side. And the three parts are available from crosman.
I don't have the numbers handy but all my 13XX's have the adjustable triggers.

Good way to measure. But you did not include the funnel weight.

What scope do you have on your gun? I’m just getting into this market and purchased a 1377 and 2240 I’m wanting to shoot around 30 to 40 yards with accuracy

Thanks for commenting. It's just a cheap SMK 4x20 scope. It doesn't really have the magnification to be very useful beyond about 20 meters. There are some good 3-9x40 scopes available at reasonable prices, you would probably be better off with one of them.

Is it legal in the UK to put a folding stock on your pellet guns? I like what you did with your fixed stock putting the paracord on it

I believe that if it is under 60 in length and still operable with the stock folded, it would be classified as an air pistol so would need to have muzzle energy not exceeding 6 ft-lb.

Yes it's legal. Pistols must have muzzle energy not exceeding 6 ft-lb. Rifles must have muzzle energy not exceeding 12 ft-lb. Adding a stock does not change muzzle energy so it's okay.
