One of the greatest blues guitarists to ever walk this earth, took his life much too soon, his body of work stands as testament to his passion. RIP Roy.....
@K Kollection Haven't dropped acid for this but hey, sounds like fun! It was different time, no cellphones, no annoying applause interruptions, no distractions, it was all about the music, glad I grew up in that era...
Hi Maunalee and Miss Charlotte, good to see your smily face. Its apparent that Charlotte has a great seat😊 I really enjoyed and thank you Maunalee for Sharing. Lol Miss Charlotte is incredible, awesomeness momma, love and hugs and prayers 😊❤🌞✌
It was May 1 1990 at the Concert Hall in my city of Gothenburg, Sweden. On stage was my, at that time, idol Gary Moore and as the last encore/song he did this one. He played it with lots of improvisation. Now Gary Moore maybe never fully could express himself with words and if they failed him the guitar never did. You should check out Gary Moore try Parisienne Walkways and/or The Prophet or if you wants with lyrics then Blood of Emeralds.
Maybe if such a reaction comes your way with her in frame...give her the drum listen and beat analyze....this was out of the ordinary as several times we got to see the subtlety of the drum work while holding onto that fabulous guitar sound.
unfortunately the live version doesn't include the first verse the complete lyrics are: Just a smile, just a glance Just a smile, just a glance The prince of darkness He just walked past There's been a lot of evil There've been a lot of sayin' But this time I'm gonna tell it my way: There was a town Strange, lonely little town, they called 'The World' A lovely, lovely little town 'Till one day a stranger appeared And their hearts rejoiced, and the sad little town was happy again But there were some that doubted; they disbelieved, so they mocked him And the stranger, he went away Now the sad little town that was sad yesterday Is a lot sadder today... I walked in a lot of places that he never should have been But I know that the Messiah, he will come again Source: Musixmatch
Hi Maun and Charlotte 🎧🎶 the name Charlotte is dear to my heart, my moms name was Charlotte and that is my granddaughters name. I think it’s somewhat unique and your Charlotte is as cute as can be!
I wasn't much older than Critter, when I first heard a song in that *Smooth Jazzy* style, in the closing credits of some old horror movie on t.v. I couldn't tell you the name of the movie (i can only remember a couple seconds of it's content), but the song and that deep emotional sound you can only get from that kind of Smooth Jazz, (and maybe a couple blues tunes) stuck with me all these decades later. I may have an eclectic taste in music, running from either end(s) of the spectrum...with a leaning towards rock (but I listen to everything except opera., and I'd listen to it if you took out the singing), yet I will still put on that smooth jazz radio or tv station, and leave it playing all day long, every now and then. Yes, some of this song was just a tad overdone in the high notes. But the majority of it was excellent. Hopefully you can find a few others of the same genre for Critter to listen to. Adding it to her ever broadening musical horizons, can only accentuate her already wide tastes. (Maybe she'll decide to become a pianist, or guitarist as well as a drummer ... lol)
Can you react Daneliya Tuleshova please. If you never listened her that means you are missing so much. Especially her AGT performances. I wrote this like 5 or 6 times. Pleaseee.
The kid is adorable but seriously ..kids lose attention and it's no longer a reaction video it's a day care center. Lose the kid .....wanna see YOUR REACTION

She is such a little copy of you. Her expressions are priceless. She is a keeper.
Always fun to see Miss Charlotte. Since she likes to be a "Drumset", she should watch anything with Neil Peart.
I am surprised at lack of reaction

Stick to Barney and Bugs Bunny. You have no clue what you just saw. He was the greatest unknown guitar master that ever lived.
