I don't understand a single word of what he is saying BUT that is the same way I re-plumbed mine.. Everything feeds after the solenoid..

Tak przez zawór. wystarczy jak zobaczysz to tak ma być podłączone

There are 2 problems with these machines. the layout of the regulators and the plumbing
The air and powder regs are in the wrong positions so as you increase powder you are actually increasing air and vice versa
I swapped the regs to their corresponding positions on the face and completely replumbed mine so that the air and powder lines are fed after the solenoid. The rinse air is fine as is
I also got rid of the nut connectors on the rear and replaced with push fits

I don't know if the mis-plumbing is the same on all of them or if it's random.. After looking mine over,, I found that all the correct fittings were there but just not connected properly.. Mine had the powder feed straight in without going through the solenoid. The air and rinse were through the solenoid but I couldn't get any pressure to them with overdosing the powder with way too much pressure.. SO, I just re-did everything to feed from the solenoid and it seems to work properly now.. I don't have any real experience so I had no idea what each control did for a long time and with no instructions it took some time.. The push-ins on the back sounds like a good idea,, I might do that too.. I also found that the mini quick disconnects used on air-brush's work great for small lines if you swap out hoppers... AND I just saw the WX 958 and wx 101 for under $350.00 on EBay.. I might get another one..@@patrickfarrell4751

Do your gauges have different numbers?
I have 2 gauges that read the same and 1 that reads higher...2 2 and 4 at the top in the 12 o clock position. The higher number gauge is the air in regulator
On my machine, this gauge/reg was in the powder position (left of the three) but should actually be in the middle in the air position...this was the 1st problem
I moved this gauge/reg to the centre position and the powder reg/gauge to the left so that it all lined up as laid out on the face of the machine
I will assume that you only get air now when you pull the trigger as that is opening the valve to allow flow to the regs
I believe this is incorrect (you can tell me if you think different)
The air in should not go to the solenoid...if you do that you only get air pressure after pulling the trigger and opening the valve
The incoming air line should go direct to the regulator (this will show your set pressure all the time...I assume you only get air pressure registering on this gauge when you pull the trigger) and then out to the solenoid. the air out of the solenoid gets fed to the other regs.
This way you have constant air to the solenoid (which will show on the gauge ) and when you pull the trigger you get air fed to the other regs...these should show pressure when you pull the trigger
I like the quick connect idea...will have to take a look
Hope this helps with your setup
I'm in the UK BTW...guessing you are in the USA from your $ price@@xman4328

YES, I am in the USA.. I have the same gauges with the higher being the powder.. With your way, there is always pressure to the powder feed and if you turn up the external regulator to supply enough air for the system, powder pours out without the trigger pulled.. You should have 3 separate controls,, 1 powder, 2 air assist, 3 rinse,, The incoming air is set before it goes into the control unit.. If you use a small hopper,, you should add a separate regulator for the fluidizer (bottom of the hopper) because the system needs approx 40 psi and the hopper only needs a few psi.....@@patrickfarrell4751

Thanks for the video! Luckily youtube has autotranslate subtitles, since I don't understan a word of Polish. How did you find the quality of the system? What settings do you use? I just got mine, I'm stil learning to use it.

Witam . Więc trzeba próbować a do wniosków dojdziesz sam. pozdrawiam
