Thanks for the walk thru! “It wasn’t as cool as that would’ve been” had me on the floor! Had to pause for a 2-minute laugh, then replay! Great info, keep it up!
Hey man, I'm not sure, been following you, great work. Relative to what I'm doing. Recommend preheating your parts before coating but you might already be doing so. It greatly helps the process. God Bless keep it up. Enjoy your content.
Did you have to change your internal plumbing ? Every video I’ve saw so far has been changed I got one last week and just want to know before I try spraying
Hi there ! We recently bought the exact same machine for our business. We are remanufacturing disc brake calipers for heavy duties. What type of powder do you suggest to pour into the crab boiling bowl :) ? We would be looking into a semi-gloss black finish. Thanks for your time!
I made one in past by getting an electric oven with burgers on top and bottom and then remove all components and Install into a gutted and insulated refridgerator
@@drizzy4523 works great I used it to open powder coat business then upgraded to one built with same components but framed it using steel c channel pieces they sell at home depot for doing room additions
I bought 6" fiber wool fireproof insulation from home depot, made a frame with steel studs, sheeted it in. Added a recirc fan from a pellet stove, lights, and 4 3,000 watt oven elements. PID controller and that's about it.
I've looked at those before I was always hoping somebody would do a video on one to see if it would be worth getting Right now I just do stuff out of my garage with the Eastwood dual voltage
@@javaska112 I fixed mine off a guy speaking another language… couldn’t understand him but I just followed everything he done.. you gotta take the air off the solenoid and plug straight to the air side. I have a video uploaded

Use ear plugs to blow through your powder lines

I am using prismatic semi gloss black, although I hear cardinal's is good also.
It’s 10 minutes AFTER the part reaches 400. Not from when you stick it in
I know that, it's from when the part reaches that tenp
Quick question, I’ll be doing wheels soon, how did you guys make that oven? Not trying to do one at a time in some oven off Craigslist😅

Where did you buy the powder coating system ?
I bought it through vevor on Amazon

Those units come plumber WRONG.. You have to remove the cover of the unit and fix the plumbing.. Your rinsing line doesn't have any air going to it..
Do you have a video on this ?
I wish there was a video on how to do it correctly.
