Hello Kevin & Tina❤ That was a long walk for sure. I had a laugh with Kevin's chewing his cardboard but I am curious what wad it? And your bloopers are so good without even trying😅 Buen Camino🙋♀️
LOL we can’t remember the exact brand Aida, but it was supposed to be some kind of honey & oatmeal cereal bar. Keith maintains that it was made of chipboard and sawdust 😂
I love the Jerry rd in autumn once the trees have turned red, yellow, and orange. This video would be about 2-3 weeks before peak colour. On the upside, you walked it just ahead of the start of the potato harvest season when Jerry rd sees a lot more truck and machinery traffic. Sorry that my hometown of Tignish doesn't have much to offer for dining out this time of year. It's a common complaint amongst locals and visitors alike. Staff has become very difficult to find, especially cooks, so many places have reduced their hours of operation. I am really looking forward to the next leg of your walk which should end next to my mom's home. 🙂
We loved Tignish. It has such a great feel to it. Once we found Shirley’s Cafe we were fine 👍🏼 It opens so early and closes late, which is perfect for walkers. But it doesn’t make a big noise about itself so it took us a while to find it and realise it was there. Yeah, apparently the leaves are a little late changing this year too? However we are starting to definitely see a change now. It’s going to be breathtaking. Cannot wait 🤩.
Do you guys ever run out of stuff to talk about? You are such a lovely couple and it’s so nice to see you interact! You make my day every time a new video comes out. Thank you very much.
Thank you so much as always 🙏🏻❤️❤️. LOL no, I’m afraid we very rarely shut up. We do have short periods where we plod along quietly, but I doubt more than 5 or 10 minutes can pass before one of us makes a ridiculous observation, or some kind of joke. We do genuinely laugh a lot in a day. Luckily we share the same quirky sense of humour, putting words into the mouths of some animal doing something odd, or quipping about anything and everything. We would probably drive anyone walking with us insane very quickly 😂. Or we’re reminiscing about something, or planning to do something. We rarely shut up. Especially Keith. He’s either talking, singing, whistling, or humming. Or any combination of those simultaneously 😂
@@ChonkyTrundlers that’s so sweet. You were made for each other. I’m a bit like you and I think it drives my daughter crazy sometimes…if we’re doing a road trip or walking a trail. When my son and I did el camino, we wouldn’t talk for a while because I just couldn’t keep his stride. But we’d make up for it later.
Well another fun video...boy that was a long hike. Too bad you had so far to walk on the road!! Along the ocean, would have been nicer!! Hope you enjoyed your down time! So good to have a sense of humour, must be tough to keep going, at times.
It was quite the road day for sure 😅. However, the red dirt roads do have a certain rugged appeal too. We do laugh a lot, even when the going gets tough we will find plenty of things to laugh about 😂. So glad you’re enjoying the videos 🙏🏻. Where do you live?
We live in Hamilton Ontario..about 18 hours from from PEI. Love, it there...stunning scenery, and people...will return. One year we stayed in Victoria, last June, in Darnley, close to Park Corner/kensignton
Ambiguous ocean view descriptions grind my gears. Thanks for clarifying for the rest of us.
One more thing, i find myself humming your theme music during the day sometimes! 😊
Really!? Oh we LOVE that. We do it too actually ❤️😂
