Tomo Noodles & Dumplings: Open Face Ramen Burger

In an effort to support local Las Vegas businesses, I have been choosing one restaurant once a week to order takeout and film their food.
This week I went to Tomo Noodles & Dumplings and ordered their Open Face Ramen Burger. From their online menu, the burger has: fresh angus beef patty, american cheese, asian napa cabbage slaw, roasted tomato, crispy ramen, shoyu glaze, spicy aioli and a fried egg.
