Garmin Catalyst first use thoughts and Bluetooth helmet setup

Forgot to mention...turning it off....there are issues some folks have with this. You have to push and hold the power button for a sec or so then you will see a turn off button on the screen. If you don't do it this way, it's just in sleep mode and will kill the battery eventually and causes some issues getting it to turn on - have to hold power button for a LONG time to get it back on.
I did end up using this setup with a communicator (can't remember which one) with a buddy/instructor for a session in the car, unplugged the IMSA connector and plugged in the communicator (unfortunately this is on the left side of my helmet so had to run the wire behind my seat/through the headrest) and worked fine hearing/talking so glad I got this vs. just a Bluetooth-only setup.

I've actually just gone to a wired setup. I find the bluetooth connection to be very unstable from the Catalyst.
