Terrific video, I'm 3 months in (62yrs old) and just can't get low enough at 200lbs, back of my shoulders hurt
too.
I'll drop down to 180lbs and start over again but try to get lower.
Getting some elbow tendinitis now too so looking forward to part 2

Did I stumble across some kind of youtube comedy series? Used to be when we (humans) squatted it was to leave a load? Seeing as you are a Marine, I respect you my brother! I made the wrong choice when I went in. Your brothers and sisters set me straight. Consequently, I'm attempting to play it forward. In health, fitness, physical culture, civilian biz? (life?) you're joining the Coast Guard (and I'm being generous. my comments are based on the pre-space farce era).

Well yeah, Strength Co is an affialated Starting Strength gym and Grant is a Starting Strength coach.
Of course they'll remake videos over the years. New people find the channels and the algorithm favours _new_ videos.
