I love the POIs in this game. They each feel like quite the adventure and they're usually packed with loot, which I love doing. So the more that's crammed into the game, the better, I'd say.
They have done amazing work with so many POI's I agree!
That wedding POI isn't new. I know I've done that POI but I don't know if it was in a mod pack or from vanilla.I've driven past it many times in different games. Something tells me it's vanilla.

He mentioned it being video from console. That wedding venue poi would probably be new to console along with loads of others.
@@brianm.595the existing console was from Alpha 15... pc is on 21.2. This poi is vanilla and added in a21 im pretty sure.. it's called Bell Lake
I think a similar was in A21, but greatly improved with all the new decorations...and yes, coming to console A22. For instance I'm not sure it has the lights and effects, and a21 also wouldn't have the new zombie skinned models either. :)
@@Vedui42 it does have the lights and light show, pretty sure the decorations are all the same.. at least mostly all the same, but yes, the new zombie colors and the new armors and vehicles mods are going to be interesting
Im with you. More wilderness poi's would put more into the game especially with the low frames we get in the city
Yeah! I didn't think of the performance issues, but I always preferred exploring wilderness than city POI's.
The poi of the wedding zone alredy exists in alpha 21😂

Really? It must be very different then though, as so many of the new decorations are alpha 22 only, as they didn't exist in A21 :)

What's your fave feature you're looking forward to on console?
New POI's are nice, but i wish they added more variation to other things. After playing with overhaul mods like Undead Legacy for so long, the vanilla vehicles/building feels so bare bones. The audio side feels dated as well, the same few sounds over and over again. More enemy variation would also be a must.
Variation is always good. At least the zombies are getting something, that coloring thing.
30 types sound like a lot until you play for a while. some games have hundreds. Game definitely needs more zombies, more vehicles and weapons
More variety is good. I think to some degree it's hard, as they have the same people building new POI's so that does lend itself to a certain look which doesn't change too much.
The wedding reception is in alpha 21
Yes, an older version, which is being added as new for console tho...and lots of updated decorations for A22 :) People were saying the disco floor did work like that last time in A21, which I wasn't aware off :)

Some of those POIs are re-textured or updated graphics, not actually new POIs to the game. Also, while 'in progress' that console performance was not looking that great with stutters and what appears to be lag spikes.
Hello! Yeah that is true, in that some of them are old POI's they've remade or fixed up or changed. Although most are new to Console, some have (in some shape or form) appeared in previous alphas on the PC :)
Lag spikes are usually the worst kind, I know they've said for years they are trying to "smoothen" performance to avoid them, but ...we'll see! :)
i would enjoy more wilderness pois as well as more small ones. maybe a tear 2 or 3 road block with 25 angry mobs all at once and loot in the middle of the road. lol
Yeah! I'd love to have "zombie nests" in POI's ... ie, you rush in...and there's not 4-10 ..there's 50. Maybe randomly occurring at times.
Whole i love seeing new POIs, they really need to do something about every business using the same boring and bland font. That just takes my completely out of any immersion of it feeling like a real city, because every business has a completely different sign and/or logo in the real world
True. It's sometimes hard with the lack of decorations, which is a matter of time/effort/performance for a game to include sufficient variety in :)
Haven't gone back to this game, wanted to find a way to make a cage to keep the pretty zombie.
I like the Minecraft "nametag" function.
would like to see a trailer trash house with too many people living in it and they just throw their trash outside or burn it and hoard a bunch of junk in the yard, a mechanic that runs his business from his home garage and fills up his property with disable vehicles, large prebuilt sheds (half a dozen cramped into small plots of land between homes or other buildings) turned into double apartments where there is hardly anything inside expect a kitchen sink and a partitioned off toilet almost like a restroom stall and the rent includes utilities cause the deadbeat drug addicts can't get utilities in their name. would remind me of my hometown.

I feel like they're kinda forced to put an end to early access, not because the game is done (far from it actually) but due to console releases. The big fish Sony and Microsoft don't like ea titles...
@@AndiKoehn probably also because people are mad about the new ripoff game release, while 7dtd is still in ea.

A random house on a block that looks like any other house but the inside is trashed and there is a "gamer mamma boys pad" in the basement with a skinny Pete zombie that has a set of headphones on and he is always feral and he is the main mob of the quest "living in moms basement"...... new kill quest with a new enemy "boss" type that is a stereotype of keyboard warriors around the globe. it would be fitting, ironic, iconic, funny as hell and become a sought after quest for people to take some frustration out from all the trolls they have ever dealt with online lol
Haha nice :D It would be interesting if there were certain quests with "boss" or semi-boss enemies, as opposed to a general "kill any zombies you find" there.

That could also be the case. Another issue I didn't cover specifically, is take quests... after a while they seem "same" as it's always the same POI's even when there're are SO many more to choose from, it still only uses a limited list per world to pick from.
