      A 1ct Lab Diamond can sell for around $2400 retail depending on quality (thats a small stone to swallow) and when they get larger the price isnt exactly linear. That being said lab diamonds are cheap compared to a natural ruby or diamond and could have the same thought process between rubedo. i suggest the movie uncut gems for an entertaining yet somewhat accurate portrayal of the gem trade

    I think the new stuff with Dr.Entrati going back in time and taking warframe tech with him to upgrade the folks of that time that work for him has confused a ton of folks....warframe tech didnt exist in 1999 until he took it there (if only the knowledge of how to create this tech)from our future. The warframes were still as always created through Balas' technocyte golem program then fully realized and combined with Margulus' transference progam (which is where the tenno became operators). Arthur and Mag from 1999 were made only because entrati took the tech back in time....maybe this changes the future (or our present) maybe not ....we'll only know in time.

      I can't say for certain what Albrecht is doing in 1999 or did as that would be purely speculation. Even I was a bit confused at first with the Protoframes creation because time travel complicates things. But we will find out the answer to these question in time.

      You’re assuming that Ballas is telling the truth. How do we know that Ballas didn’t find the tech/plans on old Earth, and then just say that he created the warframes? It is the kinda thing he’d do.

    In one of the pieces of dialog during the Disruption mission, he said that he would like to find a certain book that will allow him to speak to the Indifference and he likes what he has to say.
    And Druses says that Parvos indeed has been speaking to Indifference and he also said that appearantly Parvos can understand void tongue. Which is interesting since not even Albrecht can.

    • @PenOfEvil

      I find it weird since Parvos doesn't refer to it normally, but I believe that Albrecht can understand the Indifference to some degree. Hence his recent actions.

    It's very interesting when he says "our collective Desire will forge a new body." Is this some kind of foreshadowing of The Indifference's plans?
    Crazy how he said these things years ago and just now we realized what it means.

    One important thing about the Dante trailer I noticed was that it shows Granum INSIDE the labs. From what we know, there's NO way for him to be in there right now. I'm not sure what to make of it, but it's something I'm suspicious of.

    • @PenOfEvil
      @PenOfEvil  4 місяці тому +1

      Kind of, I'm sure he could find a way to get inside the laboratory. Even if he can't we know he isn't above exploiting someone to do so. That is very interesting though. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!

    While DE hasn't explicitly said as far as I'm aware, I do believe the Warframes were sentinent in the beginning. Just look at Yareli, Gara, Revenant or any of the Warframes from the Levarian for examples. I'm curious what it was that turned then feral, if they were feral at all and not just rebellious

      We're getting there with sentient frrames, just give it time

    • @PenOfEvil
      @PenOfEvil  4 місяці тому +6

      I believe you're right because the stories in the Leverian imply sentience but have no time period. We don't know when most of these stories happened. All we know is that there is a time where Warframes had some level of sentience or some Warframes had a level of sentience. Definitely just have to wait :/

    • @AshValentine.
      @AshValentine. 4 місяці тому +5

      Quite true
      Most of the unknowns are down to DE's woeful ability to form a cohesive codex
      They just don't seem to care that their lore is so scattered, so we are forced to rely on UA-camrs (Such as yourself or Tactical Potato) seeking out the lore, or Founders bothering to fill out the fandom wiki
      It would be nice if after this new Stalker mission and 1999, if they just worked on and fleshed out that they have already built

    • @PenOfEvil
      @PenOfEvil  4 місяці тому +1

      @@AshValentine.I only hope that just like Whisper in the Walls did, 1999 delivers answers to some big questions. As for any cohesive codex, they would need a specialized team to put that together in game. I'm sure other lore UA-camrs like myself would love to help.😂

    • @Just4Games2011
      @Just4Games2011 4 місяці тому +4

      I disagree, there is only one Leverian story that makes the matter clear, and that is Voruna, who we know was operator piloted.
      Except umbra, the only other confirmed sentient frames are Dagath and feral Rhino Prime.
      All have in common one thing, they barely functioned, and when they did, it was by some strong attachment to their previous lives.
      Now, we don't know if the madness was in the original frames, but we know the orokin did something to them. We also see the protoframes that are sentient, but we dont know yet if there is some point where they go mad from the infestation, or they were turned mad by the orokin, or even both.

    If you watch the video on visualizing higher dimensions and apply that, you can imagine the Void as a ten-dimensional plane on which every place in every time in every timeline in every reality shifts across its surface.
    This is how the Void easily allows travel to alternate timelines and different points in time.
    Additionally, the indifference (the lidless eye) being the universe consciousness of this plane of infinite energy make it effectively omnipotent, save for the fact that it’s difficult for it to act directly in any one timeline.
    However, Albrecht allowed it in to the Warframe universe’s main timeline, which proved to be a really bad idea…

    • @PenOfEvil
      @PenOfEvil  4 місяці тому +2

      Indeed! That's a really good insight. Albrecht inadvertently caused our problems but at the same time the most recent may prove otherwise. We have no idea how far back Wally's influence goes. So I hope 1999 will tell us. Check out my last video I'm sure you'll find it interesting.

    I really want to more about this. Since even before the leverian we've had sentient warframes even early on in the life of warframe
    Remember the rogue/feral chroma we get to fight?

    • @PenOfEvil
      @PenOfEvil  4 місяці тому

      Yea they've used that aspect of frames quite a bit. Even with Kullervo. But the problem is that we still have to build frames despite being in contact with one. Not to mention that it breaks the laws of how a Warframe is created. Excal Umbra would be somewhat pointless imo if all Warframes can be sentient.

    • @minafrog

      @@PenOfEvil the original Warframes could have been sentient soldiers, but the warframes the tenno started using were biological engineered replicants

  • @SocraTetris
    @SocraTetris 4 місяці тому +2

    We do have a vague timeline of when warframe stopped having independent cognition. Umbra's story implies it is true. Kullervo's story confirms different generations pre and post tenno. The Rhino Prime codex would then be somewhere between generation 1 and the second generation relationship described in The Sacrifice.

    I think Parvos is trying to make a warframe to replace Protea. Using the knowledge of the leverian. To make one. He’s been quite active in the Two most recent updates. With the Deal with Drusus and trying to make a new Examus using Jade’s motes.

    Parvos predates Warframes by a good margin, and he was important enough to warrant Protea be made for *Him* specifically. Protea has time powers.

    I find it kind of ironic how in the new update/event Parvos belittles Ordan Karris a.k.a. Cephalon Ordis for being a murderer when he is a goddamn thief, built a religion around profit and made all Corpus slaughter innocents/planets for resources they can sell. I don't know what is worse, a man who killed the god-complex Orokin who looked down on anyone except themselves or someone who built an empire on the back of debt-bound slaves very similarly to the Orokin😂

    This is what I don’t ‘buy’.
    If the indifference was really ‘indifferent’, it wouldn’t be making deals, it wouldn’t be manipulating outcomes, it wouldn’t get angry, it would be indifferent. The MITW has agency, he has a plan. Why the hell would an entity that was the personification of indifference be so obsessed with making deals?
    The answer is that the whole thing is a misunderstanding of the Orokin. When Entrati discovered the MITW the only way the Orokin could explain it was the void manifesting a conscience, because the only other explanation would be an admittance of a god like being, and the Orokin, thinking that they were gods themselves, couldn’t imagine that.
    - Entrati uses summoning circles.
    - Entrati uses alchemy.
    - The Orokin drink blood to prolong their lives.
    - The Orokin created a demon zombie virus.
    - The void manifests demonic angels.
    - Ballas refers to the void as Hell and what comes out of it as devils and demons.
    - Ballas mentions miracles at some point.
    - Oui says to Arthur “chase him to hell if you have too”. Referring to Entrati.
    - Void language is undoubtedly demonic. It sounds like I’m playing Doom.
    - The void is like a prison.
    The MITW is the Devil/Loki. We’re all being played. Why does everyone think that a dimension would have a conscience? Why would a dimension be so obsessed with making deals that imprison a copy (soul)?
    Why does Wally have a personality? The same personality no matter who he talks too? Vindictive ass.
    Who would appear to you as yourself when making a deal, because the best person to convince you of something is of course, yourself? The Devil.
    I don’t believe that if DE have a 20 year storyline, they’ve blown their load on the antagonist being a ‘talking dimension’.
    Also, the times when we’re helped, when the Tenno is sent to a beneficial place or time to see or hear something, and the times the Zariman escaped the void for seemingly no reason or the Lotus inexplicably returning from the void in the New War; how do we know that we aren’t being helped by the opposite of Wally; a benevolent being, the one who put him in the void?
