I own LS460 2016 with 25,000 miles. I loved it to a point where I don’t want to use it too much. it’s second to none luxury sedan.

I own a 2014 LS460 non F-sport model, also black, 10 years old and bullit proof with normal mainanence. Other than a rain sensor replaced under warrantee many years ago, nothing has needed to be fixed. Poor around town gas milage but 25-26 mpg on the fwy. Great ride, very comfortable and looks brand new. Low maintenance after 10 years. Will keep it for another 10+ years. Better riding than the present LS500 in my opinion. Very quiet. No squeaks or rattles after 10 years. You picked a great car to own. I believe these cars had a self healing clear coat which no one seems to mention, but after 10 years, the paint looks flawless.

in 2022 my aunt wanted me to take her LS 460 F Sport for 20 grand. I had the money but didn't have much extra after the purchase, so I declined. She sold it to her friend for 35 grand. Yeah, that is one of my favorite full size sedan.
Keep the 20 in the bank money market and get a loan for 20 and make the payment while you 20 is collecting interest
That's just me. 20 grand was a steal. That doesn't come around to often.

old school cars liked Buicks and Cadillacs with the OG soft close like on a El Dorado, - people wouldn't know about it and they'd slam them and break them but on this Lexus you can slam it and it doesn't hurt anything
I have a 2015 awd black. I installed a sub and amp and it took me forever. Another upgrade worth doing is CarPlay. There’s a plug and play for oem screen. Game changer

I LOVE the LS's!! I had 3 different LS400's. Best car ever made! ..... I have heard about suspension reliability issues with the LS460. So, I am searching EVERY video I can to make up my mind between getting a 2014-16 LS460, or getting a 2021-2023 LS500. I'm WELL aware that the LS500 doesn't have that glorious V8 (that's what makes it tough to decide!), but the LS500 seems to be far more reliable. What are your thoughts, Dustin?? Yes you definitely should! I had a 2013 GS 350 before getting this LS and I truly thought I'd never find a car I loved as much as my GS. I wasn't disapointed!
The 2013-2017 LS sits lower than the 2007-2012. It's harder to fit the LC500 on the 2013+ bc the rear can rub. The Fsport brakes are Brembos.

I own a 2007 LS460 and I love it!!! Had a few issues with it. Just dropped another tranny in it but its super smooth now
These cars are worth it. I will do whatever my 2011 460 needs; I have no interest in new vehicles.

What are the full size specs of the tires? I just bought a 2015 LS 460 and I was thinking of getting the same wheels before I saw this video and I know some of the LC 500s come with a staggered setup. I don't want to be concerened with rubbbing. Love your F sport trim by the way.

What do you think about the LS 430 in comparison to your vehicle as far as maintenance and longevity goes. I’ve heard some say that the LS 430 is a little more robust.
2011+ are just as reliable as ls430
I actually thought about getting those wheels on my 2016 LS 460 because I like to always make my vehicle my own , i like it to be different, so I did buy the 20" LS 500 wheels and it looks amazing , and just like you i decided to go with the 460 instead of the LS500 because i wanted the legendary last samurai V8 ! ..

Just PPF the headlights I did it on my 2012 LS 460 5 years ago when I first bought it and it's never fogged up since. PPF will stop it from happening

Wait until the front suspension starts to fail, $5k. Then when the rear suspension starts to fail well then $10 to $14k.

I can't get the S580 so this is what I'm looking at for a daily.
My car didn't come with any books not even sure how I would jump start it if I needed to.....
I'm tempted to remove all the decorative plastic under the hood and try to turbo or supercharge straight pipe exhaust and turn it into a scary rocket ship..... After a timing belt failed and I grenaded a motor on a Honda I want to make sure that doesn't happen with this new car I have very much like yours

True, if you had to have it fixed. But according to my Lexus service person, if you maintain the vehicle, rarely do things go wrong, which has been my experience.

I have a2008 lexus ls460 with only 52000 miles the color is micaca gray. I just love this car . Wheni bought it it only had 34000 miles.

Nice LS460 but those LC wheels are out of place on that car.
That body paint has waves, which means it's all messed up... The factory did a horrible job when it came to applying the 🎨 onto the body of the vehicle.
Strange, I also have a black 2014 LS460 and the paint is flawless, like a mirror.

A base model Audi A8 or Benz S class is way way between than Lexus in terms of luxury features and ride comfort German engineering is always the best!

Repairs on suspension after 100,000 miles $10,000 plus. Engine repairs are in the $5,000 - $10,000 range. Wealth destroying car.
You have a choice, so buy a German car and let the dealerships laugh all the way to the bank. Or, don't get airbags. Mine does not have them and I've had no repair issues for 10 years.
Repair costs on these LS460 are horrible! Leaking coolant requiring engine disassembly, expensive Air shock failures and expensive suspension problems. The costs to repair this stuff will FAR EXCEED the value of the car! Why do you think these are sold for such a cheap price. They are great cars to drive but not to maintain!

How tall are you? My best friends dad is 6’5 and he fits well in it and his 6’3 son has room behind him in the regular wheel base
