Just bought a 92 CBR 600 f2 does it make that flame just because of the aftermarket exhaust

it's because there's extra fuel that's coming through the system still when he's letting off the throttle and it's igniting in the exhaust. since the engine revs up and down quickly by gassing it and letting go you're able to continually change what the pressure and exhaust mixture is like in the system. eventually, boom, fireball.
