- Here’s me playing the hit 1919 ragtime song “The Vamp” about Theda Bara’s famous character with clips from one of her surviving “vamp” pictures, “A Fool There Was” from 1915. Enjoy!

its crazy how audiences could easily keep up with the story back then
I love this!! You're an excellent pianist!! And I love silent movies!!!! :-)
I have an old record of this song.
Love it
I LOVE ragtime on an old piano. Goes really well with silent movie clips. I have many silent films on my channel if you are interested. Many thanks for sharing! Liked and SUBSCRIBED!
Very enjoyable!
Thank you!
she was hot ! joke aprt, very great playing
Haha, thanks Rémi!!
Someone tune that piano PLEASE!
Since I recorded this back in September or October, this piano has become almost completely unplayable- the tuning has becoming slightly more off pitch, and there are depressed keys scattered around on the keyboard like a minefield! While I can’t play it manually like I do here, at least the player piano system still (somewhat) works. Those depressed keys pop back up when the bellows are activated. Thanks for the view!
GREAT!
