If I download PS Connect will I automatically get the most recent prostitcher version update? I tend to stick with the prior version before the I upload it to make sure all of the bugs have been fixed.

You need to do it 2 times to download both files

Downloaded PS Connect. It looked to be successful. I thought I could see my designs created on my computer--but that is not the case. However, when I tried to upload a design from a USB, it seems the PS Connect blew out my system. I get an error that it can't read the usb and it my motors are not engaging. Unfortunately, prostitcher does not seem to be very proactive in customer care. When I called, they say to leave a message and the mailbox is full. Seriously, prostitcher!!!!!

I am having the same issue - put in a ticket but haven't heard anything. Did you have any luck?
