Another home that has never sold. Do developers ever learn from things like this? Not only is your house overpriced, the inside feels anything but homey. It feels very commercial, and homes like this age very poorly.

And they dropped the price down immediately because it was ridiculous... it's been it's 37 million for 3 years. Insanely ridiculous.
