Came on the Market back in March of 2022. Had the builder not inflated the price by $50 million it might have sold. Instead of buying this one someone bough 1108 Wallace (also new construction, same neighborhood, & about the same square footage) for $42 million.

I think over priced was because the relator Rayni Williams is good friends with Gina Assouad who did the interiors and lived at the home at this location previously. They wanted to break Trousdale records.

1108 Wallace is listed for $62 million now after selling last year. I guess the buyer is trying to make a quick $20 million 🤷🏿‍♂️

@@21subcool The Williams are the realtors who couldn’t get ‘The One’ sold so it went into bankruptcy. If I had a dollar for how many times they have tremendously overpriced a house and that house ended up being foreclosed I could afford this house.

Zillow's 2023 assessment shows just under $26M. I don't think it ever sold, it's just off the market.
