I have a doubt, currently iam facing too 1-2 months ago while seating back side on bike ...I felt hard (because of potholes)on seat itself..but for 3-5 days i have one small bump on my anus lip after few weeks it completely gone and now for 1 month my anus lips are just bulge out while stool and automatically retract. But last 2 days may because of this recreation I have felt constipation but stool was smooth; at a time intestine does not get cleared. So any exercise is better & how to clear my intestine regularly.
Hi, My doc said that I have weak lower back muscles & that's why I'm suffering from back pain. So should I go for pelvic relaxation or pelvic strengthening? Whether it's safe to strengthen those muscles on my period?
Hi Sonia, None of these exercises should be painful. If you are experiencing pain try to decrease your effort to hold the kegel. Pkease keep me updated
