Hey, this is your first video I have watched and you are pretty good. To add another level of difficulty by making it a Shiny only run... Hats off.
Just a few things I feel you can improve... try being a little slower in your commentary as it seems like you are a natural fast talker. Also, sometimes the commentary comes before the video (when you caught the shroomish), so it kinda ruins when we actually do catch it.

See everyone does Grass type runs in Alpha Sapphire which id argue is the easier one for the challenge. How about a Grasslocke for Omega Ruby and have a bigger challenge. Ive done it and its very difficult

TBH i dislike shiny-monotype nuzlockes, imagine wasting time to find a pokemon that only has different appearance as if it matters (shiny nuzlocke makes sense to me since you can get different encounters but for monotype - where encounters are limited doesn't make a difference). Doing those feels like a waste of time to me and I;m glad that you increased the odds, better yet if you did it further.
